Majestic Hotel & Spa

Loved being able to walk to the beach in five minutes. Room had a fridge too, so we kept our beers cold. We were able to drink from morning till night as many drikns as we liked. This was a really money saver! Pool area was clean and not packed, which is rare in busy places like Laganas.

This has been rated a 4 star hotel and one of the reasons why we booked it. However, please be warned this is nothing like 4 star. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We paid for all inclusive which was a total waste of money. We tried one breakfast & one evening meal and ate out for the rest of the week. The food was below average and at best luke warm! So what was supposed to be all inclusive cost us another £500 to eat and drink elsewhere. The hotel is very dated and the rooms drab and in desperate need of refurbishment. Generally quite clean although the drain in the bathroom was pretty disgusting. Instead of a fire escape route notice that you would expect to find on the back of the room door was a list of room damage charges!! When we arrived we went to the bar & I asked for a gin tonic & their response, which was obviously well rehearsed was “no, we have whisky, vodka, brandy & ouzo!! The only mix they had for vodka was lemon juice or coke!! The beer was watered down and all drinks, including coffee, are served in weak plastic cups. As for the spa, there were massages and a tattoo parlour of all things but the indoor pool was closed at the time of our visit. This is no place might suit youngsters but is no place for anyone over 18. We found most of the staff polite and friendly.

Big rooms, big pool, big smiles from the staff. You get what you need, clean, simple, close to everything. No drama, just good times. This is an all inclusive hotel that was worth every penny because food and drinks had a good quality and they were plenty enough! We were so close to everything we needed in Laganas and we loved that! Would come back again, no second thought.

I loved it I can not wait to come again it’s amazing the pillows were so fluffy and so nice. Jordan was amazing and Scarlett and Liv they were perfect and very accommodating. The girls here are all very goodlookin. Nancy tattoo palace was the best place too and

The best hotel. All inclusive was amazing we saved so much money. Clubs were close to the hotel. The package from Zante rocks was also amazing. The spa was also amazing and massage was so good. Jordan was very nice too and very accommodating !!

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making me feel valued and well cared for throughout my stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a stunning view that made every morning feel special. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities—from the luxurious toiletries to the high-speed Wi-Fi—were top-notch. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring the room was always in perfect condition.
