Everything about this stay was perfect. The location of the hotel, by the sea and out of the way of the bustling towns nearby it's an idyllic location to relax and chill whilst only being a short taxi ride from Argassi and Zante town. The hotel itself is a modern aesthetic and it is charming to say the least. The pool is surrounded by trees with sun beds and beanbags placed under them providing some great natural shade. The pool is great and plenty big enough for a good swim or family fun. The bar is handily placed with plenty of great staff on hand to help. The beach is great too. Very sandy with a sand bank a few meters out too. Ample sun beds (by the pool too) no matter the time we went down to either area we always got a bed and shade. A small beach bar does great lunches next door and the Banana club next door is only a 5-10 minute walk to a lot of action and another amazing beach bar at the top of the hill. The food at the hotel is excellent. The turnaround time from ordering to eating is also very impressive. We didn't eat at the restaurant you need to book for though this was only by choice as we wanted to explore the local area some nights. Lots of choice on the hotel menu and good gluten free options too. The staff are wonderful. They've got the perfect balance of staff to guest ratio and you can want for nothing. Honestly can't emphasize this enough the team here are fantastic. The rooms are great too. We stayed in the block above the shop/gym/spa. Air conditioned and cleaned daily as you'd likely expect. Don't be put off if you're a couple looking for a relaxing break (as me and my partner normally are) and the fact this hotel allows children. We barely noticed and all the kids we encountered were well behaved but obviously this is subjective. We would have missed this with an 'adult only' filter so we were lucky to be with wider family! There are a spattering of taverna's around 15 minutes walk from the hotel if you didn't want to take cabs we found doing a couple of these and two nights in the towns worked well during a 7 day trip. There isn't anything I can really fault. We didn't try the spa or gym so can't attest to those.

The Bay Hotel Spa in Zakynthos was my wonderful experience! I went there three times for massages and I was relaxed and pleasured! Masseur Theodor was fantastic and experienced person. He knows what he was doing and I like the way of his massage. I will recommend Theodor and Spa to everyone who wants spending excellent time on holiday ! I also wanted to mention that I was external client no hotel guest.
