Where do I start, this place is so beautiful, we had room 210 it was perfect looking over the olive trees you can see the sea in distance it was so pretty ( also over looking the pool) Food is outstanding Staff are truly amazing, they can’t do enough for you, they made you feel like you were part of the family. Evening entertainment was fantastic The walk to the beach through the olive groves was pretty. We did get upgraded to a swim up room but the view from the previous room was far more rewarding The owner meets and greets you as you arrive everyday which is a lovely and also full of knowledge and always smiling There are also sunbeds in the garden which has gorgeous olive trees Pool is lovely We had the most amazing time and will most definitely be returning Thank you all so much ❤️

Wish I could give the Castelli hotel 6 stars. A true family owned hotel. Every member of staff is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. For the staff on reception the word " no" doesn't exist, just " let's see what we can do" or " give me a moment". Rooms are spotless. Towels and linen of high standard. Shower room/ toilet is compact, but has everything you need. If you want to keep fit, join in with activities the options are there. If not then just take it easy round the pool or in the olive garden. This is an adults only hotel where rest and relaxation are a priority. The food is farm to table. Cooked with local ingredients by a very talented Chef and his team. The dining room staff and the bar staff work so hard to make your stay as good as they can, it is all inclusive after all. The hotel is well situated for access to the beach, Laganas and Zante town. If you want to get out and about the staff on reception will advise and arrange any assistance you may need. We can't thank everyone at Castelli enough for yet another amazing holiday

What a beautiful hotel all inclusive experience was perfect for what we wanted. We were welcomed to the restaurant at every meal by the fantastic Ioanna aka "the general" she is a fantastic host who couldn't do enough for us along with her team. Our room was newly refurbished clean and presentable comfy bed and balcony. All in all an amazing relaxing week

After having a horrible flight that was delayed and moved to Athens for the night, arriving to Castelli 25 hours from leaving home, we felt like home again. Eleni and Spiros welcomed us. Informed of our delay, they said: „Forget everything, don’t worry about a thing, you’re home”. This and feeling like part of the family atmosphere was very heart warming. Colourful in character Joanna, passionate Eleni, very precise Irene and of course Spiros talking to all his guests make this place a unique experience. That is the heart of Castelli. Many guests come back for 10 or more years already and after this experience we understand why. You’re home here.

The hotel was lovely, not sure about the wet bathroom but it was okay. The staff however were amazing. We had such a warm welcome and with a quick show round we were shown to our room. It was so friendly and welcoming. The front of house staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. "The General" in the restaurant was beyond our expectations. She actually made our holiday as she was funny, welcoming and knew us! The owner was on hand in the morning and evening and was there to chat to you and answer any questions which was so lovely as he told us about how it all started. Evening entertainment was fab and we even went to the cookery class which was brilliant. The reception staff were very informative regarding trips and sorted out the contact for us for the ones that we had chosen. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. This was a friends holiday and we made so many lovely memories that it is instilled in us forever. Thank you Castelli.... xx

Castelli hotel is one in a million, the staff go above and beyond with a genuine desire to make your holiday special. We booked the honeymoon package for our 25th anniversary and arrived to a beautifully decorated room with cheese & fruit platter plus fizz and wine. The hotel is relaxing but fun and the food was fresh and homemade. No junk food here. The pool was lovely with relaxing music and by night is transformed to a beautiful entertainment area with some good quality acts each night. All holiday makers were happy and relaxed and many friends were made. The staff and owner make this place somewhere very special. We highly recommend Zante off road tours run by a fabulous couple, we had a day trip driving through the mountains and lunch under walnut trees, the most fun you will have guaranteed! Cameo island is walking distance and very beautiful. Could not recommend Castelli enough.
