I have been staying in Kadri hotel for many years during summers and winters when I come visit my family in Zahlé. Unfortunately this visit was very disappointing due to the AC not working in our room, but high means it was hot in the room and we were not able to sleep. We complained in our first morning at around 8am. They sent someone to fix it who realized it needs a technician and they promised they’ll send the technician again. We left the hotel at 9am and I informed the receptionist again to make sure it’s fixed while we’re away. My wife got back to the room at 5pm and was surprised it was not fixed and when she called the reception again they said they cannot fix it today but the weather will get colder at night so it’s fine 😂 She insisted it should get fixed or to change the room. 2 hours later I come back to the hotel, at around 7pm and speak to the receptionist who says the issue is fixed. I go up to the room and issue wasn’t fixed yet. At this point I get the manager’s number from my cousin and complain. 15min later he sends the technician to fix it who did some kind of reset to the device and it seemed to have started to work. I asked the staff to speak to management for some kind of refund for the first night or any gesture, that was at around 7pm after they did the reset. They said they’ll check and get back to me same day. But no one did. Then at night we went to bed, room wasn’t very cold but seemed slightly better. And woke up again in the middle of the night where the room was hot. I went to the check out thinking I’d get some kind of refund which to my surprise they had no clue about and said they cannot do anything about it. At this stage I wouldn’t wish this experience to anyone and would recommend Kadri hotel to anyone since it’s premium prices while basic AC or basic hospitality service is not given.

A very nice hotel with its own history. Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Clean and professional. It’s a shame about the food though… The hotel is not cheap. But mostly worth it. Which makes you wonder why would they use a Nutella substitute that tastes bad. The same with peanut butter. And other items like crepes. The sweets. Etc. The food quality at breakfast is sub-par for the price you’re charged. This says a lot about the F&B choices of the hotel. We didn’t venture in any more food experiences there.

The staff are great and the food is good and the pool is big so everything was exceeding my expectations

Hotel was really nice and clean, has a great view on zahle main road in addition to a great pool and gym, the rooms were so clean and the suite we took was authentic and beautiful, breakfast was good and rich with a variety of food and drinks , also hotel location was in the middle of zahle

Very nice hotel, well maintained and well managed. It has an authentic charm in the heart of Zahle/Bekaa. Their rooms and suites are spacious, some have a small balcony overlooking the city. The staff is friendly and professional. The food is nice. Its a lively hotel! The only issue, If you have kids and need an extra bed, it is like the camping one (not recommended, very unconfortable, not suitable for kids nor for adults).
