Location served our purpose for a night stay. Approximately 20-30 mins drive from the city centre. Bfast spread is good. All the hotel staffs were friendly and ever ready with information.

I highly recommend this hotel, amazing modern interior, one of the most exquisite breakfasts I've had. The bathroom had amazing body cosmetics.Good location - close to the highway, so you can quickly get out of the city.The center is 5-6 km away. They have a large underground parking.You won't regret staying here!!!

Not convenient to travel to the city centre but close to the airport and malls (arena and avenue). Overall, good and clean hotel with friendly receptionist.

The hotel is a bit far from the downtown area. It is recommended to travel around by Uber.

機場到酒店打車15分鐘左右,打的將近30歐,叫Uber衹需20歐不到,還是很方便的。 前台小哥接待流程很專業,語速很快,感覺很着急😅 裝修風格和設施很現代風,燈光空調統一觸屏中控。電源插頭集中到床頭櫃上,而且算是黑色裝飾,讓人一通好找。😂 整體還是不錯的,就有一點,房間灰塵較大,看起來像是被褥上的絨毛之類,吸塵工作有待加強。

We weren’t planning to stay in Zagreb, our flight was diverted by Wizz air from dobrovnik and Wizz left us to sort our own way to Dubrovnik (6.5 hour drive!!) I called a number of hotels who didn’t answer or have availability. A nice man answered from Movenpick and advised he would save the last room for us. It was a lovely stay and we are so grateful to you for checking us in at 2.30am when we were stranded. Lovely breakfast, fantastic staff and a beautiful room! Thank you so much, I highly recommend and will happily book Movenpick anywhere in the world.

I have booked 3 King-bed rooms from 25-29 Aug 2022 at the Movenpick Zagred hotel through ***********. We flew from Toronto to Zagreb today and checked in around 4:30pm. My sister had a quick nap in her room and was bitten hard by bed bugs. We subsequently checked and found bed bugs in all 3 rooms. We showed the bites and bed bug photos to receptionist Marina who only agreed to arrange staff to change the bed sheet. We requested change of rooms but were told the hotel was fully booked with only 2 King-bed rooms and 1 single room available. We suggested moving to other hotel. Marina asked us to wait and only reverted saying other hotels are full, though we found King-bed rooms are available in the Sheraton and Esplanade hotels. Marina further said their General Manager confirmed they could either changed rooms as suggested or we moved to other hotel ourselves. I had to make a long distance call to *********** in UK talking half an hour to confirm cancellation of the booking and then moved to Sheraton hotel ourselves. In light of the COVID situation, cleanliness and safety should have been our paramount importance.

Cancelled my booking without permission. Will be claiming the Money back but very angry at the service. It was through *********** but they are blaming the hotel and the hotel blaming them so getting no where. No excuse for it. €130 and no where to stay.

We stayed one night after arriving on an evening flight. Good standard of accommodation with calm, dark colours. Very friendly staff at the reception and restaurant. We opted for half board, and even though the evening menu was very limited, the food was good. Breakfast was great, consisting of variety of delicious local dishes.

We stayed at this hotel last year, and we give it five stars... It was absolutely outstanding... However, this year we stayed there twice and the second time it wasn't the greatest We arrive to the hotel 15 minutes before 3 PM and they actually made us wait till 3 PM to give us the key to the room... my wife and the two year-old were sitting in the car in front of the hotel waiting for 15 minutes which I think is pretty unreasonable... the girl that (Josipa I believe) was checking us in was trying to call I believe housekeeping to see if the room is ready, but they refused to tell her so she had no choice but to make us wait... She really tried everything to get us in as soon as possible When we made the booking for this room requested some extra towels... When we got to the room they were definitely extra towels, but they were real tiny towels... We went downstairs and asked for a couple of big normal size towels, and they only gave us one saying that they ran out of big towels Which I also think is ridiculous... Hopefully next year they earn their five stars back...
