房間面積特別大，前後有庭院和露台，露台正對這着山谷，可以看到前面的茶園。露台門口的雙生樹，躺在床上看也是一道景觀。一早可以看到日出。因為是這件是獨立的套房，隔音很好，聽不到其他人的聲音。後面可以看到櫻花樹錯落有致地在深谷裏，風景很獨特。
2.衞生
每天都會按照要求打掃衞生，房間整潔。
3.停車
民宿有集中停車的地方，方便自駕，也不影響孩子在院子裏玩耍。
4.服務
酒店的早餐和晚餐都很不錯，菜量很大，炒雞蛋和白斬雞都很美味，筍也很嫩。前台的橘子很甜，小朋友很喜歡。老闆娘和老闆會推薦適合的景點，規劃路線，讓行程更合理。

房間超大超讚，民宿位置也很棒！農家飯菜也很好吃～最最關鍵的是！老闆人超好！我們第一天深夜上山，老闆等我們到12點😅還會帶着我們玩，最後一天還帶我們去挖筍，收穫超級多哈哈哈 很開心的三天兩夜！等夏天再來讓老闆帶我們去玩水

老闆非常熱情，因為去的時候午飯沒有吃，老闆下了一大碗麪，女兒半夜身體不適，老闆親自開車帶着我妻子去醫院配葯，真的非常感激，店裡的菜價格還算公道，畢竟是真的散養雞！賓館周圍的景色也是很不錯的，雖然我們去的是冬天，不能和春秋時的比，但是我還是很滿意，我下次還會來！

老闆非常熱情，過了飯點才到的沒吃飯也沒預訂，但還是非常熱情給炒了蛋炒飯配湯。晚飯預訂的雞和魚也非常新鮮，做法是純農家做法，價格很公道非常棒。原本想拍星空但覺得的天氣不好就沒出來，害老闆在外面等了我們半天不好意思啦。民宿地理位置沒得説，躺房間床上就可以看日出啦。而且離附近幾個景點也比較近，除了天氣有點欠缺外，還是一次非常不錯的旅行。非常推薦來餘姚的朋友打卡這家民宿。

The Homecoming is located in the core scenic area of Siming Mountain, near Danshan chishui scenic spot, also has a foot mountain road, fishing lake, meditation pavilion, reception lobby bar and restaurant, transportation is very convenient, free parking and free car wash for the guests, 9 suites have special butler service, there are also private racecourse, mountain around tea garden, a beautiful environment, private, quiet.
