There was an issue with strong cigarette smoke on our floor (non smoking). It is a problem the hotel needs to deal with. The staff were fantastic in sorting us out with an alternative room, very much appreciated. Breakfast is very good, choice of four meals.

お部屋は清潔感があり、水場もとても清潔感があったと言っておりました。
また秋田に帰省する時があれば、本庄グランドホテルを利用したいと言っておりました。

我是香港遊客，不懂日文，前台人員只懂日文，但沒有問題，因為工作人員十分耐心。
房間乾淨舒適，最便宜的房型是和室，只有廁所，風呂共用（共用場所，但使用時可鎖上，單人或和朋友一起使用）。
第二晚住的房型貴500-800yen，是洋室，可能因為有翻新比和室感覺新很多，而且有私人浴室，有浴缸。
因為我是單車旅行，車站踏過來1.4公里十分方便，而且有室內停車場。徒步5-8分鐘有Lawson及aeon。酒店3/F有微波爐，自動售賣機；2/F有吸煙室，地下大堂舒適。
