GGuest UserI found this highly rated inn on Ctrip and booked it with the intention of giving it a try. It was really surprising to find such an elegant inn in Nuodeng Ancient Village, Yunlong County, Dali, a relatively niche tourist destination. The owner of the inn, Xiao Huang, is a very careful and gentle girl. She speaks in an organized manner and is not impatient. I didn’t know how to get to the inn with my heavy luggage. When I called her, she patiently told me how to download a Yunnan travel reservation. In carpooling, he explained clearly how to get the puller to pick me up and carry my luggage to the inn. Especially after arriving, she turned on the air conditioner in the room in advance to cool down and relieve her fatigue. The room is also clean, refreshing, and a bit artistic. After eating delicious ham and egg fried rice, we walked around and took a good nap until eight in the morning. The village is very quiet at night, except for the occasional meowing of cats.

客棧是白族老房子改造的，位置在諾鄧古村東側，離萬壽宮和鹽局不遠。從村口停車場走過去不到400米，基本都是緩坡石板路，階梯少，路不算難走，但還是儘量建議輕裝進村，尤其不要拖大箱子。“觀山”房間在客棧二樓，有個私家觀景大陽台，可以看到對面的河西民居。房間外是客棧的公共觀景大平台，風景不錯。在這裏喝喝茶看看景發發呆也是不錯的。房間雖號稱有40平方，實際陽枱面積就佔了一半，卧室房間本身略小，且沒有放置行李的地方，我衹好從觀景台搬了兩張椅子來放包。衞生間不算小，有風暖，還是半智能馬桶，可惜沒有乾濕分離。床墊偏軟，不過符合我的偏好，晚上睡得還不錯。房間沒有空調，諾鄧現在晚上已經比較冷的，會感覺有點冷。山裡的原因，房間和床品毛巾都有點潮，建議老闆多通通風曬一曬。客棧老闆一家都很熱情，有求必應，做的飯菜味道還不錯，我們三頓飯都是在這裏解決的。

GGuest UserAs we had no plan, we made a last-minute trip from Baoshan to Nuodeng. We read the reviews and booked a room temporarily. It was right after the Spring Festival holiday. The price was 149, which was quite cost-effective. We arrived after dark. We climbed up the hill with our kids and bags. We couldn't see the signs and the navigation was wrong. We took the wrong road. Fortunately, the villagers were very enthusiastic and helped to contact the boss to pick us up. They cooked hot meals for us and we ate in the main room. It really felt like home. Before leaving the next day, my brother took us to visit the family museum. They were a very friendly family. Other rooms had better window views and you could see the ancient village.

WWuyunyuxiaoshouHouse: The B&B was renovated from a 400-year-old old house. The interior retains the style of the ancient house, with sliding windows that reveal the mountains and a very atmospheric feel. The only drawback is that the sanitary conditions inside the ancient house need to be improved.
Scenery: The B&B is surrounded by gardens and there is a mountainside cafe where you can watch the mountains and chat, which is very pleasant. There is also a restaurant under construction in the garden, which is worth looking forward to.
Person: Whether it is the boss sister, Big Beard, or the aunt, or the little girl, they are all very honest and friendly. The cooking made by Big Beard and the aunt is very delicious. We sit in the garden every day and eat the delicious food they cook. Don’t be too happy. People in Nuodeng like to give their children delicious food. We took the baby for a walk around the village, and the baby's belly bulged... There are also three dogs in the B&B. They are not afraid of people and can play with them casually. The baby enjoys playing with them every day. Huh.
It was our first long-distance self-driving trip with a 2-year-old baby. We chose Nuodeng and Nuoyan. Of course we were tired, but it was all worth it.

The outside of the room is also very intoxicating. The surrounding environment is a bit messy and it is a bit far from the central city. Two things to complain about, the breakfast was terrible, the breakfast time ended at 9:30, and before 9 o'clock there was nothing to eat except a bowl of rice noodles in clear soup, and the waiter said you were late, everyone else had eaten. This is the management level of Home Inn. It would be better to provide them by portion instead of self-service. There was no hot water to wash my face in the morning. The breakfast area is a semi-outdoor bar, which is beautiful and stunning. During this trip to Yunnan, I booked a lot of hotels on Ctrip, but this is the only one with a bad review.

MMeng棲停緣這家小民宿，院子不大，優美宜人。庭中有石子徑，鞦韆、花草，搭配着小露台和中式建築，甚至有一個具備火爐的下沉式區域，居住環境非常好。這裡有一衹小狗和兩衹小貓，它們都很温順可愛。
房間非常有特色，我們住的是二樓，上樓梯進去，屋內有可以看到遠處的小方窗和精緻的木雕花窗，可以仰望木製的屋頂天花板，房間內部非常乾淨。
除此之外，還有公共的洗手間和活動區，非常方便。
民宿位置在山上，爬上去可能會稍費體力，但一路上可以穿過許多老巷子，民居建築非常有特色、遠處的風景盡收眼底。民宿周圍有許多特色景點、也有好吃的餐廳。
老闆是年輕的跨國小夫妻，特別友善温柔，也很熱情，非常照顧客人。我們在臨走的前一天晚上，還享受了圍爐煮茶，暢談了許久。在此也特別感謝他們對我們的悉心招待。

It was my first time staying in a youth hostel, and I really liked the layout of the hostel. The food cooked by the proprietress was also delicious. GGuest UserReturning to Guangdong from Deqin Motorcycle Tour, I didn’t have the chance to see the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain in Meili this time☹️. With some regrets, I navigated to Nuodeng and chose the highly rated Hemerocallis Lodge. The overall accommodation experience was very good. This was my motorcycle trip. The most restful night of sleep😀. Before I left, I happened to see swallows flying between the eaves of the small courtyard. It turned out that the little ones chose to build their nests on the wooden beams of the small courtyard. Haha, I was lucky to have this small courtyard. There were swallows. Come, good omen✌! Well, I can sort out the regrets caused by Meili’s clouds😄. When writing this review, I should also plan when to come to Hemerocallis House to see the Yanzi family and add some blessings😎.
