BBlair BassAs soon as we arrived, the hotel staff warmly entertained our family and offered us tea. Although it takes at least 20 minutes to take a taxi from the city center, it is a little inconvenient for Hong Kong people who go anywhere very fast. But it is very quiet around the hotel, very suitable for a family to relax.
The interior of the hotel room is the same as seen on trip.com. The bed, combing and all furniture are brand new and the room is very clean.
We traveled with six people and booked three rooms. One of them booked a suite. In the evening, everyone gathered in the suite to eat takeaways and chat and watch movies. We spent two pleasant nights. Thank you for your hard work.

SSUK YUThis is a new experience of soaking in hot springs. The hotel is clean and quiet. It is more like a monastery than a hotel. People are very comfortable. What impressed me even more was the hotel’s wooden architecture, which was warm but not cold. 👍👍
When you enter the room, the smell of aromatherapy oil fills the room, which is fragrant but not tacky. Fruits and biscuits are prepared for the guests, and there is a warm towel cabinet in the bathroom, which is very thoughtful. The ceiling of the room is very high, so there is no sense of oppression in the whole room🙏🙏
If the breakfast is Chinese and Western style with many varieties, I spent two hours on breakfast without realizing it, so I could only skip one of the tourist attractions, but it was all worth it. 🤣🤣
In summary, I have been to many hot spring hotels, and this hotel is impeccable. Some people may think the price is expensive, but overall it will definitely make you feel it is worth the money 😍😍

GGuest UserEvery time I stay at the hotel, I will choose Vienna International Hotel. The lobby of the hotel is very big. The room is very clean and comfortable. The beauty at the front desk also introduced me to a delicious farmhouse restaurant called China Food Street. At first, I thought it was a food street. It turned out to be a restaurant. My friends and I had a total of 8 people. The front desk staff also specially helped us call the restaurant and booked a private room. We went there at night. The environment was very good and the taste of the dishes was more delicious, especially the abalone juice homemade black tofu and bean skin. It was really delicious. The front desk also recommended the nearby Yuewang Lake Park. The park is next to the hotel and restaurants. After eating, you can go to the park for a walk. The scenery of the park is beautiful and the air is very fresh. It is really comfortable to take a walk after eating. This Vienna International Hotel has brought a good experience. If you have the opportunity to play here next time, you will definitely stay again. This is the first time I have such a high evaluation of a hotel, and I have commented on many here, but it is worth it.

HHaihaiwupaoDuring the three days and two nights of the Spring Festival, I stayed in two different types of parent-child rooms. One of the parent-child rooms with an additional fee to see the park scenery and the fireworks show in the room was also very satisfactory.
But it was also good on the other side, because you need to walk to the stage to see it more shockingly.
Unlimited health lotus hot spring for 2 adults and 2 children: the children really like it, because the atmosphere of several performances is good.
You can also soak in the hot spring in the room, and the children can also play in the water in the room.
The hotel's catering is good. The breakfast buffet is open in both areas. There are a lot of tourists during the Spring Festival, and all the halls are open to meet them.
You can also try Chinese food in the evening.

GGuest User三四年沒來象窩山了，之前住過主樓和遠山閣，這次五一訂了一個雲山閣的豬豬俠親子房，這邊比較新，兩房一廳的親子房比較大，兩個小孩睡上下鋪，房間小孩的床圍，洗漱用品，小童馬桶，拖鞋都有，餐廳和湯池都在主樓那邊，走過去要四五分鐘，有時候能坐上接駁車就快一點，房間包含纜車票，坐到山頂，不用爬上山去了，我們那天上午下雨了，看到了雲霧繚繞，風景不錯，五一人真多呀，房間都訂滿，幸好早點去吃自助晚餐，要不然要排隊進場了，晚餐98每人，不過不失，不會很驚艷，能吃飽，休息半小時，去泡湯池，有室內室外，池不算多，不過小孩夠玩了，有熱板床和汗蒸房，就是感覺毛巾提供點不夠多，這次水上樂園開了，但天氣不太熱，沒有給小孩去玩，吐槽的是部分工作人員態度不太好，問問題愛理不理，有些接駁車司機態度也不咋的，從主樓問能不能送回去雲山閣，竟然拒絕，説近，叫我走回去～無語，接駁車不就是接送嗎，需要加強管理～
