用酒店洗衣機洗完衣服想烘乾 結果一直會跳掉 打電話到前台讓幫忙看看 結果讓我在沒有空調的洗衣服裏坐了20分鐘 再次撥打到前台竟然説忘了 這次倒挺快的 來了個年長的師傅 很不耐煩的聽我説完後回答我那就壞了 還説公共設施沒辦法 我就奇怪了 原本公共設施壞了沒關係你倒是告訴我呀 讓我乾等幹嗎 就這種服務態度給2🌟已經很好了

環境：巨差，昨天我住到這個酒店，我定的是一天的房間，不是終點房吧，我晚上工作一晚上，就想着白天安穩睡睡，大早上的保潔就問着退不退房，八九點鐘，那退房最晚日期寫的是下午3:00吧，早上問就不説了，隔中午半個小時前台打三個電話過來問退不退，我看那時間也不才12:00多離3:00還早着呢吧，啥意思啊一晚上沒睡，白天被那前台和保潔扒着問我退不退房。整的我白天照樣沒睡着，還有拿房間，我剛進去，那衞生間就有別人抽過煙頭啊，你們這酒店打不打掃衞生啊，前天原本出户這個酒店，想着得學習在酒店安靜一點，從大早上到12:00問了四遍退不退房，前台加保潔，還有我大早上洗澡衣服都沒穿，那保潔就刷卡就進來了，**誰家早上八9:00退房啊，我**掏的錢是到下午3:00的，我衣服都沒穿被保潔看光了，怎麼算這酒店這服務環境也太差了吧，也好意思開呀
服務：前台服務太差，就巴不得你退房，我睡覺呢，説一遍就得了一遍，接一遍一遍接一遍打電話問退不退就跟趕着你走一樣， （這個酒店，衞生間有煙台，保潔大早上隨便開房間，在我剛剛洗完澡什麼都沒有穿的情況下，保潔和前台換着催你退房，半個小時3次，根本沒辦法睡着）環境服務巨差

酒店有地下停車場，房間空間比較大，衞生間乾濕分離，酒店還特意送了小吃，早餐品種豐富，前台服務很好，衹是衞生比較差，馬桶上還有上一個客人留下的尿漬，有點拉垮酒店的整體印象。

乾濕分離的設計很實用，小度的服務也不錯。地下停車很放心，當天來得早些，入住停車都快當。熱水好，床具舒適，贈送的下午茶很温馨！房間設施不錯，特別是靠窗的茶座很寬敞，適合泡壺茶水看夜景。酒店斜對面的夜市很熱鬧，邊逛邊買邊吃消費了好幾樣！五一的價格長得幅度大了些，與周邊環境不配。
