酒店整體風格環境都還不錯，但是服務需要加強，前台辦理入住的時候沒有問是否開車，是否需要登記車牌，導致出酒店時半天出不去；智能馬桶沖水聲音超級大，半夜上廁所容易被吵醒；前台咖啡飲料機提供的咖啡、果汁都是速溶的，味道實在不怎麼樣，還不如放一個飲水機；早餐説是到10點，結果8點40多下去80%的菜都沒了，工作人員才一會端出來一個一會端出來一個加。但是總體來説還不錯，酒店整體風格我還是比較喜歡的。

來運城旅遊，初選菲力王子酒店是被裝修吸引，娃很喜歡，很酷炫，入住後房間整體環境很棒，衞生，網絡，智能服務都不錯，前台和打掃的阿姨也很熱情

店裡空間非常大，環境氛圍非常好，整個過程下來真的非常舒服。非常棒的體驗，幸好提前在網上預約了，不然週末人好多，不枉費我期待這麼久，確實很不錯並且整體佈置的很ins風，很多角落都可以拍照，還有裏面佈置的燈光也很8⃣️錯

這個酒店相當不錯，去哪都方便，出門過十字路口就有一個大型購物中心，停車方便快捷，有人引導。服務態度非常好，門衞幫忙提行李，很熱心。前台彬彬有禮，有賓至如歸的感覺。早餐品種十分豐富。值得信賴！

平時200左右的酒店國慶將近600，房間很小，而且非常不隔音，隔壁説話聽的一清二楚，衞生間和浴室也很小，又是清吧又是ktv又是足浴，一進房間總是感覺不太安全，門上甚至都沒有防盜鏈，體驗感很差。

出電梯去房間一股刺鼻味道 進房間沒有放包的地方 小茶吧上方鋁板都是灰 ……
