The room facilities are old, and the air conditioner cannot adjust the temperature and air volume. The washing machine was broken, but they didn't tell me beforehand. When I asked the service staff if there was a washing machine, they said yes. The clothes could not be washed, and when I looked for the detergent, they didn't tell me that the washing machine was broken. About 25 minutes later, they told me that there were two washing machines, one of which had already broken down and no one repaired it. The other one broke down two days ago.
