And the hotel's butler, assigned to every room, was always on hand to cater to our every need, from arranging personalized excursions to simply enjoying a quiet evening in. One of the highlights of our stay was the guided tour of the surrounding village, where we got to experience the authentic charm of Lijiang And to capture the memories, the hotel offered complimentary photography services, ensuring we had beautiful mementos to treasure. The environment and overall quality are good. However, the dinner options are limited and the taste can be improve. However, the breakfast is good. The hotel is a bit far away and the road conditions are very bad has many potholes. It would be better if it can be improved! For people who are prone to motion sickness, this is a terrible experience.

Everything is great here. Love the natural surroundings, also the activities offered by the hotel. The only thing is that the hotel location is a bit remote, yet this is part of the unique experiences. The only suggestion to the hotel would be lunch/dinner, it would be great if we had more food options. 張栢芝真的很貼心。

Amazing place, very relaxing, perfect to unplug and be around nature. Room is big and very well decorated. The staff is very nice, very caring and helpful. They propose very nice activities. Remote but It's worth the trip.Highly recommended!

A great hotel, the stay experience is excellent, stay here to feel at home, the service is very warm and intimate, and the butler service is on call, the hotel view is invincible, this price can be said to be very cost-effective.

Hotel design is modern & beautiful , room is clean & comfortable. Services offer by the hotel staff are superb, complimentary dessert served in the evening is very delicious.
