Sejujurnya.. setelah mengunjungi beberapa hotel di yunnan. Ini mungkin yang terburuk. Pertama, kami tiba di hotel, tidak ada staf di sana untuk melakukan check in/membantu kami dengan barang bawaan kami. Tidak ada seorang pun sama sekali.. Setelah beberapa saat, seorang wanita dari restoran/departemen lain datang dan check in untuk kami. Dan kemudian... tidak ada kunci kamar, tidak ada voucher sarapan/voucher kopi yang diberikan (ibu saya pergi untuk menebus kopi gratis tetapi mereka mengatakan itu memerlukan voucher). Satu-satunya hal yang staf kirimi saya pesan teks adalah.. saatnya untuk check out. Tidak ada layanan sama sekali selama seluruh masa inap. Dan harga hotel ini dua kali lipat dari harga hotel-hotel hebat lainnya. Menyebutkan hal ini kepada pengemudi kami, dia mengatakan klien sebelumnya juga mengatakan hal yang sama kepadanya. Menyesal memilih hotel ini.

Fasilitas: lebih pintar
Perlu dicatat bahwa isolasi suara terlalu buruk. Percakapan normal di sebelah dapat terdengar dengan jelas. Tangisan anak-anak akan sangat mempengaruhi tidur.

床很大，二大二小可以睡，照片都是酒店拍的起床就能看到日照金山，酒店工作人員很熱情，入住的下午茶水果很新鮮咖啡很好喝，晚安飲品也好喝
還送了兩個氧氣罐
唯一的就是送的騎馬太敷衍了送的是100的，結果帽子也不戴馬甲也不穿，感覺衹有五分鐘不到就繞完了，單獨100買的那個就比較好裝備帶好繞一大圈還停下來拍照
白沙古鎮接送可以稍微有人性化一點就好了推薦的餐廳很遠，其實我們在的那天一點也不堵車但是衹到接送點上下車，我們一路走過去很空走的比較累

整體的服務非常好，感謝給做了升級，意外收穫 270 度觀景房，管家很細緻地每天會提前詢問早餐，接送等安排。原本以還擔心會隔音效果不好，但實際上在住滿的情況下還是很安靜的。咖啡任喝且品質很贊，下午茶的水果很新鮮，巴斯克蛋糕好吃，晚上安排的烤奶茶超好喝。每個權益都不僅是驚喜，更是享受！感謝招待！
