應該算是麗江甚至國內設計、野奢酒店天花板。到過麗江多次，這次才知道酒店就在距離白沙古鎮不遠的地方，可謂是大隱於市。從白沙驅車5-8分鐘左右，即可抵達山腳下的物與嵐Hylla。從進入酒店花園開始，景觀造設和植物搭配和外面彷彿不是一個次元。迎賓和管家兩位牛仔一般的裝扮迎接，並及時接過全部行李，讓人賓至如歸。
本次升級到全酒店最貴房型之一的雪山景觀庭院房，房間面積尚可，裝修古樸大氣。唯一遺憾是一樓景觀並不突出，希望下次可以體驗二樓的房間。但第二天早上可以在庭院中啜飲一口咖啡，還是難得的放鬆時刻。
酒店佔地很大，300畝的區域雖衹開發一半，也足夠打發一兩天的時間。移步異景，從網紅許拍樹，到後院養殖的蜜蜂，再到花園一角的篝火營地，值得住客自行探究…

酒店環境很美很安靜，區域也很大，可以上山采蘑菇也可以在酒店看雪山喝咖啡參加酒店的活動。管家和其他服務人員態度都很好 要求都儘量滿足了，最喜歡野營午餐！菌菇土雞湯超好喝和朋友喝了一整鍋。
下次還想再來多呆幾天

公區美的不用説，管家服務也很好，在頂奢中服務也算好的。孩子生日過了幾天，還是送了個蛋糕。唯一就是房間總有股味道，管家和阿姨説是木頭的味道，但那味道確實不好聞。開夜床的阿姨搞衞生很認真。什麼都很完美，除了房間有味道。

房間很大，陳列也很好看。每晚都會在保温壺裡灌上貼心的熱牛奶，早餐也很好吃，每天早上的早餐花樣都不少，可單點免費的餐食，也有自助餐食。感謝管家嚮導大海。這裏每天都會有很多活動，不光有美景也不會無聊。贊

Service was impeccable, the hotel is so exclusive, beautiful and the property grounds are well kept and maintained. Breakfast and dinner were both amazing!! Love the seasonal menu and the personalised service. Highly recommend!!

Impeccable views and excellent service, with above-average dining options. However, the remote location limits activities - both within the property and surrounding area. Adding amenities like a spa or organized in-house activities would significantly enhance the guest experience.

物與嵐定位是國內頂奢設計酒店，非常年輕，整體印象—歲月靜好。設計理念每處細節都處理得恰到好處，傳統納西文化和中古文化的融合，住店客人早晚餐食都是免費定單式，菜品精緻，食材新鮮有當地特色。房間使用大量畫框玻璃，身在畫中。酒店管家服務親切有禮，不過分熱情素質很高，感謝管家謝偉，兒子生日特別安排了小蛋糕慶祝，各方面也非常貼心周到！下次再見啦！
