This onsen hotel offers traditional architecture and a private hot spring in the room. While the location is slightly far from the town center, taxi services from the station make it convenient.
The staff are welcoming and helpful, even without English, adding a warm, family-owned touch. Rooms are clean, spacious, and feature authentic Japanese-style tatami flooring and futon bedding.
The private onsen is the highlight, providing a peaceful retreat. However, no meals are offered, so guests need to plan for dining outside or self-catering.
A great choice for a tranquil and unique stay!

【温泉】 日帰り湯でも利用できる露天風呂は美しい青湯で、そこから眺められる山の風景も雄大で素晴らしかったが、日帰り客の子供が風呂の中にある岩場によじ乗って、あろう事かそこから立ちションするのに直面したため這々の体で逃げ出し、温泉を楽しむどころではなかった。 また、日帰り湯が可能な時間はかなり混むので、宿泊者は避けた方が良いと思う。翌朝行くと、とても空いていて、朝の山の景色をゆっくり眺めることができた。 部屋の半露天風呂は、暗かったので青湯かどうかはよく見えなかったが、硫黄の匂い香るとろんとした湯で、これまた良かった。 【食事】 朝食の出汁ご飯（結構美味しい）がかなりの量で驚いた。全体的に味は悪くないが、華やかな料理を食べたい人はここの食事では不足かもしれない。 【部屋】 全て離れなのだが、受付に遠い所を選んでしまうと、食事へ行くにも、石段の先にある大浴場に行くにも下駄で行くのが大変となるので注意。 建て屋は古いが、調度品は特に不足するものもなく、二人で泊まるには十分過ぎるくらいだった。

観光案内所で教えてもらった日帰り入浴の穴場。町の中心部から少し離れているので、入浴客は少なく、露天風呂でコバルトブルーの温泉を堪能できた。受付に人がいなくて、自動販売機で切符を買い、箱に入れるシステムだった。
