"Located in the city center, it's conveniently situated with free parking. It's a newly opened hotel (25 years old). The front desk staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They are very tolerant of pets; when we left, they even gave us plenty of water, drinks, and snacks. I'll definitely book with them again next time I'm in Yueyang."

"☁️I stayed at the Wyndham in the clouds! In Yueyang! I stayed in a city view king room with a very expansive view. The hotel is new, and the decor is still in its best condition. So, enjoying some fruit and watching TV in the evening blues was so relaxing. I specifically went to have breakfast, which was pretty good. The restaurant had a great view, definitely worth it! The Wyndham Grand is considered one of the most upscale hotels in Yueyang, offering great value for money."

"The accommodation is comfortable, spacious and bright, the hotel is strategically located, convenient to travel, located in the business district, just opposite the Changlian community, it is very convenient to visit relatives and friends. The hotel's intelligent facilities, laundry and drying are fully equipped. After staying for several days, I really want to praise the staff, meticulous and patient, and timely drinking water."

"The room was spacious and comfortable, with complete and well-maintained facilities. The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and within walking distance of Yueyang Tower Pedestrian Street. Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The small gift from the hotel was a pleasant surprise. I wonder if Wi-Fi has already been installed in the rooms? The breakfast was delicious, and the front desk service was also very thoughtful."

The front desk staff were clear, attentive, and remembered my booking requirements. 2️⃣ I was woken up by knocking noises in the garden this morning. I called the front desk to report it, and it was resolved immediately. 3️⃣ The room was generally clean. (I suggest the bathtub could be cleaned further.) 4️⃣ The breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, the facilities were above average and met expectations. The service and customer service were excellent, exceeding expectations. I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip. From the refreshing herbal tea offered upon arrival to the parting gift when checking out, every detail exudes warmth and hospitality. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are very convenient, and the bedding is perfectly balanced in terms of softness and firmness, ensuring a deep and restful sleep. A special shout-out to the front desk service – they not only gave us a complimentary upgrade to a premium room but also provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and cuisine. It's truly rare to find such warm and thoughtful service in an unfamiliar city. This will definitely be my only choice for accommodation the next time I visit."
