設施和環境是還可以的，花園植被也不錯，温泉水也不錯，衹是沒想到温泉居然衹開到晚上10點就關，別的温泉度假村都是晚上12點多關，元江本來就很熱，晚點來泡温泉不方便。
還有早餐真是一言難盡，內容不多都不説，質量也差

這是我們第二次入住棲霞山温泉酒店了 服務各方面都是很舒適的 每一位工作人員的微笑都很到位 特別是前台 和客房阿姨 今天離開的時候給前台小姐姐了一個建議 ——入住時候就發現是帶小孩子的家庭 可以主動提供一下小童的拖鞋、牙具等 細微服務可以增加一些 我們入住是五一收假當天 客人較少 温泉傍晚的時候都是新空池 直接放水給我們 哈哈哈 VIP感拉滿 天黑的時候還給掛了小夜燈 温馨～早餐時可以增加一些冰類的飲品 （畢竟夏天到啦）就這樣 希望棲霞山可以越做越好！

酒店前台的小姐姐很貼心，不管是辦入住的小白姐姐，還是辦退房的王經理都很寬容、隨和，酒店房間寬敞，有一個小陽台，房間裏面有足夠的衣架供遊客晾曬衣物，陽台上就有一個小小的晾衣架，對於我們來説還是足夠了的，每個房間配備了小冰箱，冰箱裏麪還有贈飲，不是礦泉水是當地的特色飲品喲，衞生間乾濕分離，衞生間裏面的設施也齊全，普通酒店有的就不説啦，就説説特有的吧:有衣架、臟衣簍、電子體重秤，方便很多。酒店的早餐是自助的品種還是多的，而且也好吃，他們家特有的炸油米線就很香，酒店的温泉區也很不錯，大人可以泡温泉，小朋友可以去小童水上樂園玩，天太熱了，第一天我們主要就是在泳池區玩的，第二天孩子們就在温泉區玩了一早上，整體來説酒店的設施服務都透着貼心，酒店這個是想把大家留在酒店長期旅居的準備呦，我們到是挺想一直住着的，衹是假期結束了，我們得回家接着做牛馬啦！小朋友很喜歡這裏，下次有機會還會再來，最後就顧着玩了也沒怎麼拍照片，就下面幾張供大家參考。。

五一帶孩子到元江體驗棲霞山温泉酒店，整體還是非常不錯的，泡池很多，還有户外游泳池、造浪池，酒店還安排工作人員帶孩子們打水仗，玩得不亦樂乎，前台小姐姐白梅服務特別好，貼心周到。酒店餐廳整體味道不錯，煮品米幹米線很有當地的特色，小蛋糕做得很好，孩子很愛吃。整體入住還是非常滿意的，下次來還是會選擇這家酒店。
