At 6 am the garbage truck came a lot of noise and banging. The driver got out of cab and peed in the parking lot. There were bb holes in the front window, I hope they were bb and not from a gunshot. Many shady people walking around the streets. I paid much more for the room than other hotels I stayed at, did not feel as safe as other places I stayed. I would not recommend it to anyone and would not stay there again.

The room was fine, but the outside walkway, and parking lot was stained and very shabby. Pool water was cloudy for 3 days, not anything we would swim in. Also, the locks were not very secure.

It’s an old property. Some people are turned off by this but everything was spotless and in good working order. Taps, toilets, lights, locks. The outdoor pool was heated and also immaculate. Decent breakfast included.

The noise from traffic and trains all night made it hard to sleep.
Saw a homeless person nearby so was scared the whole time my husband and I were there!
It sounded like someone was roller skating upstairs for part of the night.

Though the room liked clean, my feet were black from the dirty floor. Lol, we didn't know when booking the train likes to tot it's horn at 3 a.m.

First night we had a room at the front of the property which was really noisy. The staff were super helpful and managed to move us to another room which was quieter but still a lot of noise from trains and intersections on the Rd.

Had a late night arrival, registered for the hotel room through a security window. I was on the outside with very dim lighting. The room itself was very clean. The noise factor was an issue. Trains are rushing through at all hours blowing their horns. Cars are racing on Grand Ave all night long, which can be heard loud and clear in your room with all windows and doors closed. Neighbors were going in and out through the wee hours of the morning to smoke on the balcony. They chose to do so outside my door. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is very old and could use some upgrading.
