We arrived at about 5:00 pm, but you couldn't enter the lobby, the door was locked and you had to check in through a security window. The room was not clean, the carpet was nasty, paint job looked like a small child had done it, the bathroom was awful. Only about half the lights and outlets in the room actually worked. I had to unplug the bedside lamp to have a functional outlet for my C-PAP breathing machine. The desk/table next to the bed was wobbly and no doubt would have collapsed if more than 10 pounds had been placed on it. The owner's car was parked in the stripped area of the only handicapped parking space making the space non-functional for van accessible. This hotel has pictures of a continental breakfast area on the web page, but it is either non-existent of like the lobby, locked and not accessible. No one told us about any breakfast options at check-in. The room charge was over $80.00 for the night. I've stayed on many hotels for less that were much cleaner, and more customer friendly. My suggestion is if you are traveling West, drive the additional 25 miles or so and stay in a much nicer hotel for a few dollars more. You'll also have better restaurant options than just a truck stop.
