1.酒店在國道邊上，大貨車很多，很吵，重車過時在床上都能感覺到震動2.房間隔音差，走廊裏有人正常音量説話，就像站在你床頭説話一樣3.房間內裝修老舊破，灰塵多4.正常酒店訂一晚，服務員都會在你退房後打掃，這家酒店在上午10點咣咣砸門問你是否清掃，12點就到退房時間了不知道為什麼要在10點問一遍5.衞生間馬桶有污漬未清理乾淨，衞生紙的掛鈎是壞的，掛不住紙筒6.辦理入住前台沒人，等待，退房前台沒人，也等待！前台接待語言簡潔到極致，“身份證，沒有，3樓”要是多説一個字都算我輸7.性價比極低，入住體驗經歷中最差沒有之一！

服務：滿意，兩張床衹有兩個枕頭，打電話讓送一個過來送了，早上的早餐孩子不喜歡吃這個拌粉，但是會吃饅頭，額外給我送了兩個饅頭。
環境：房間有點小，衞生間比較擁擠。酒店靠主幹道，兩排房間一面湖景房靠主幹道，一面山景房靠山。靠主幹道的會比較吵，本以為靠山的會安靜一點。但是山腳下店家養了雞，凌晨4點多公雞🐓開始時不時的開始喔喔叫了，會吵醒。

體驗感一般，離景區有點遠，吃飯要走去景區那邊吃，玩完出來很累了還要走一段路才能到酒店，説是海景房，實際衹看到海的邊緣。晚上蚊子很多，一晚上幾乎都被咬醒，床墊墊的被子還是破的，一堆線頭，總之體驗感不好，不值五百多的價格。

房間乾淨寬敞，前台小姐姐態度好，服務熱情，還免費幫房間升級了。周邊環境不錯，有山有水，房間就可以看到湖景，美極了，空氣清晰。交通也方便，離碼頭不是很遠，走路過去就行。好評！
