I came here for the third time. The first two times I stayed in the waterfront room, which was very comfortable. This time I booked a room in the inner courtyard, which was just okay.
There is nothing wrong with the room. It should be quiet and comfortable in the off-season.
But it will be full in the peak season. You can't control other tourists in the same courtyard. For example, several families with children are still making loud noises at the door at 11 o'clock in the evening, visiting and laughing, and stepping on the floor. It really ruins the scenery.
If you want to relax and be in a daze, you should come in the off-season or stay in the rooms near the water.

The room is spacious, the facilities and equipment are very new, and the hair dryer is from Dyson, which girls should like. I didn't expect to find that the hygiene in the room was worrying and I couldn't put my feet. I could only go to the front desk to communicate in person, but the night shift waiter had no service awareness, no apology, and said I would call the aunt to urge her. It feels like the nearby villagers are directly on duty without professional training. The cleaning aunt brought a young boy, estimated to be no more than 20, who might be a relative of the aunt. The aunt asked her to mop the floor on the first floor. She went to the bathroom to clean the glass by herself. I said, aunt, this water stain is so dirty, you can't wipe it off like this, so I said to get some detergent to spray, and came back a few minutes later without taking anything, and told me confidently: This can't be wiped off, every room here is like this. When we arrived, they said that the swimming pool was closed. The disposable slippers were wet and could not be used, so they asked for two more pairs of slippers. The first time I called the customer service, they replied that there were no slippers in the room? They still needed to be delivered. I waited for an hour but no one delivered them. I called again and asked again. After a long time, someone finally came to deliver them, and they only delivered one pair. When did I have to file an application report to use disposable supplies when I checked in? Breakfast was served at 8 o'clock. It was normal for many people to come during the Chinese New Year, so it would be unreasonable if the food was not increased. After eating, I wanted the room to deliver two more bottles of water, and they said each bottle was 2 yuan. I believe that with such frugal service, the turnover of your hotel will surely flourish.

GGuest UserI really enjoyed my experience in this hotel and the staff were very welcoming. We booked 3 rooms, and they upgraded 2 of our rooms for free for our convenience, so that our family could be together. The outdoor hot spring experience was also great. There were over 10 hot springs to choose from, and they were very clean with great views. We also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant within the hotel. I would recommend getting the combo meal (depending on the number of your party), to taste a little bit of everything. The free breakfast selection is also great, ranging from appetizers to desserts. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this hotel.
The only downside is that they don't have change if you pay in cash, so make sure you have WeChat Pay or AliPay.
