When I checked in, it was 25 degrees during the day, the quilt was too thick, it was very hot, and the air conditioner couldn't turn it on, so I couldn't cover the quilt until it cooled down in the middle of the night.

The hotel’s hardware is okay, but the service can’t keep up. Before I went out, I told the cleaning aunt to help me refill the shampoo and body wash. When I took a shower at night, I found that the daily shampoo and body wash were not replenished. The toothbrush for the adults was not replenished. The auntie finished cleaning. I also took away the power card from the room. Although there is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel, there is no food when there is no traffic in the restaurant during the May Day Golden Week. Even ordering a pickled fish requires a phone call to confirm, etc. There was no response for 20 minutes, and we drove down the mountain to find a farmhouse to eat. The breakfast was also very average, not even a cup of coffee. The surrounding area was desolate and there was no gym. We would not come again

We being at new place new country with lot of language barrier but still they were ready to help, even though they don't know English but they never got angry but always communicated using translator. Especially front desk Girl Miss Zhang. She is doing great job. Only problem here was Food, since they have only breakfast which was. Pretty good, but no other meal. And we being pure vegetarian had to suffer as all hotels nearby by offer only non veg. But it has nothing to do with Hotel services, I hope I do come back here in future and experience the same.
