North American Time is an old hotel. I tried to book it several times but failed. This time I finally got my wish to bring my children to ski! First of all, the location of the hotel is very convenient. The room facilities are old but there are no signs of aging, which shows that the hotel management and housekeeping department have put in a lot of thought. The linens and showers that I value most are well maintained. The hotel service is worthy of praise. I received a call the day before check-in to ask if there are any special requirements and arrival time. After check-in, I met Mr. Tang in the lobby who was going upstairs for maintenance. He saw the child carrying heavy objects such as snowshoes and took the initiative to help deliver them to the room. Director Chen of the housekeeping department also took special care during the inspection, provided children with children's toiletries, and paid special attention to the hygiene of the room, so that we could stay at ease. Overall, it was a very good stay experience!

We, two families, were traveling with our children and came to Beidahu to be the first to open the hotel. The hotel we stayed in was in the Beidahu Winter Olympic Village. The suite we booked had two queen rooms and a bunk bed, which was perfect for the whole family. Just right. The room is clean and comfortable, the staff are very welcoming, and it feels quite cozy. We skied and climbed the mountain. It was a clear day and the scenery on the top of the mountain was really amazing. In the evening, we went to the ski hall to have a meal and then went to the Paradise Hot Spring for a bath. We felt much more relaxed, and there were many entertainment activities in the soup house. The two children are reluctant to part with this and will come back after a while😊

This was a gem of a hotel. The staff were so incredibly helpful and treated us like family. We booked here for Chinese New Year to ski and didn’t know what to expect as neither of us speak much Chinese. It didn’t matter. Everyone tried to help us. I realize Holiday Inn is a big brand hotel, but it feels far more friendly than that and homely. The skiing was easy to organize. The hotel can help book ski and board hire and passes. The hotel is right next to the slopes - you can take a shuttle bus or walk 4 minutes. The skiing was also excellent - hard packed snow as you would expect, but the slopes are well laid out. The hotel restaurant was also good. Great breakfast and dinner was hot pot and buffet. Great trip - will be back!
