雖然設施由於新開業不久還不算太完善，但都基本完備，入住還是舒適的。老闆大姐一家特別熱心，永春到福州的商務車班車還是老闆女兒刷**幫忙找的，絕佳。春節期間入住，因為炸佛和舞龍等民俗活動令膩了城市生活的一大家子都開開心心，還能足不出樓就可以品嚐山裡美味。 地理位置絕佳。達埔賓館位於東園村，賓館門前元宵節有舞龍舞獅；步行幾百米過了高速橋就是巖峯村尤聖宮，元宵炸佛無論是強度和時間長度都極震撼。對面還有家非遺小吃麻粩傳承人店，喜歡他家的金桔蜜餞。
