Find 4-Star Hotels in Yokohama

The room was spacious. I feel that it is a very significant thing to say considering that the standard room size in Japanese cities are a lot smaller (or even half the size of the room at this hotel). The location is extremely convenient coming off a shinkanzen but I wish that the hotel description can be more specific about how to find it. Google Maps are not clear enough (It said - take exit 10 to the hotel. There is no exit 10.) For other travelers, the hotel is accessed by elevator inside the Shin-yokohama station entrance. Take that elevator to the 10th floor.

Wonderful stay! Staffs were great, there’s a lounge where you can grab free coffee or just chill and relax. Rooms were clean and spacious, we got a free upgrade with the Bay view! Hotel is conveniently located just above a metro station! Definitely will return! Only thing missing is if they could have a nice little Onsen! It will be more than Perfect!

I would have given a 5 star rating for service but got a very bad experience with this one staff call Yashiro (she wasn’t wearing a name tag but told us this name after we asked a few times for her name). We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, for 6 people. On the second evening when we return to the rooms, we found out that our room wasn’t cleaned. Later found out that we need to put the magnet tag outside of the door if we need cleaning. Which is fine and we were not complaining about this. But we needed new towels. We called the reception separately and got hanged up! The receptionist said a bunch of “maybe” English or mixed with Japanese, then hang up. I called again and explained we needed new towels, she said “no towels!” Then hang up. I called again, same answer, then hang up. We then go down to the lobby, this same girl looked annoyed and said NO TOWELS! Her level of service was just very bad and unacceptable! It was only until when we asked for her name, she acted she didn’t understand English. Then I spoke in Japanese asking for her name. Then her attitude changed. Gave us 3 towels. I said we needed 6 for 6 people. Then she said no again! I said it is ridiculous if the hotel only has 4 clean towels! And I will write my experience on my booking platform. Then she finally took us to our floor and said there are many towels there. To be fair, all other staff was very friendly, including the boy who checked us in and the girl called Monya who checked us out and helped us with delivering the luggages to our next hotel. I don’t need compensation from this hotel as I will not be returning to this hotel again because of this one bad staff but I surely hope management can give her better training on how to handle simple customer requests with a right attitude.

The hotel is quite new, just opened in 2024. It is quite close to the train station of yokohama, covered all the way from the train station to shopping arcades to the hotel. You don't even need to have your umbrella if it rains. The hotel is easy to locate. It is quite tidy with all the basic stuffs in the room. You can watch youtube in the TV. The staff are friendly and helpful. One thing I think can improve, this hotel brand (which I have lived in a number of different hotels from this brand) requires room cleaning (even if you decline so) every 3 days (if you live more than 3 days). I don't think it is necessary if the hotel guests do not require so in order to save manpower and be more environmental friendly (which I think the hotel is on one hand promoting). . Overall, I think the hotel is good.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing! So many options to choose from, and everything was fresh.

Location is definitely the best thing about this hotel. It’s close to the Cup Noodle Museum and World Porters Mall which is just a 15 minutes walk. You can also take the Sky Cabin back from World Porters to right across the hotel at night which takes 3 minutes. Close to 2 metro stations and is in a very quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Room is small typical to Japanese hotels in this price range so that is the only down side. But is still a great hotel all in all and the staffs are nice! Would recommend.

Hotel is the Prince Pepe mall, so it is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a 7-11 in the lobby which is good. The rooms are a little small and the restroom is quite small too. There is no air-purifier at the room, which is a minus for me. Overall, I think it is okay for a short stay.

The hotel provides good service and close proximity to attractions. I like that the hotel provides customers to take the necessary packets of lotion, facial wash etc accordingly to one’s needs from the lobby.

Bought it on Ctrip pre-sale, great value for money! Standard double room, not facing the sea, but you can see a little bit of the sea from the side, the room is very new and clean, the layout is good, the toilet is separated into three wet rooms, the space is large, you can spread out two 28-inch suitcases, it is relatively quiet during the day and night, not many people, not far from Motomachi Chinatown Station, and it is the starting station, you can go all the way to Shibuya Shinjuku Sanmachi Station, etc., there is also an airport bus directly to Yamashita Park opposite the hotel, the transportation is quite convenient. Disadvantages: There are few restaurants and shopping nearby, there are Don Quixote and SOGO shopping malls nearby

I took my mother here on a whim to visit Chinatown and the pool. It was disappointing that starting this year, guests have been charged for use of the pool. The pool is small, but it has a jacuzzi and there were plenty of deck chairs. Most of the guests were families with children, so there were a lot of children at the pool. The bathtub in the unit bath in the room seemed quite old.
