There are a large number of hotels here, and most of the residents are poorer residents in Japan. The advantage is that the service of the clerk is very good, the overall room is very clean, and there is a fragrant smell as soon as you enter. The disadvantage is that the hotel rooms are on the fourth and fifth floors, which is very inconvenient if you bring large luggage, and although the first and second floors are non-smoking, there is still a very obvious smell of smoke as soon as you enter. If you don’t smoke, I strongly recommend that you wear a mask. The surrounding Chinatown is a tourist area, so the prices are very expensive, but there are two supermarkets as soon as you come out of the subway station. Their half-price expiring products starting around 8 pm are very cost-effective, and the hotel can also cook by yourself.

The facilities in the house are relatively complete, such as toilet bathing, microwave oven, hot water, refrigerator, air conditioning and TV are complete, the decoration is new and clean, the key is that it is very close to Sakuragicho Station, which is very convenient. Although the single room is small, it is better than good quality and cheap, close to Yemao Mountain and the port, there are many attractions and convenient life.

The bed was clean and there was air conditioning, so it was convenient to turn on the heater. It has a unique smell, so it would be good to ventilate. The shower room charges 100 yen for 4-6 minutes.

I feel that the environment is good, the toilet and bathroom are separated, there is hot coffee to like, and the hotel will leave you the key when you arrive late.

Hotel was great, Comfortable bed. Good sized room. Breakfast won't win any awards but was serviceable. Ate one time at the Chinese restaurant, food portion for price was ridiculous. Was supposed to feed 3/4 people, I left feeling hungry. Staff were very apologetic.. Either drop your prices of increase your portion size. Sweet and sour pork (which wasn't great) with 6 pieces of pork for 2000yen.

I stayed at the hotel alone for the first time, but the hotel was brighter and explained in an easy-to-understand manner, and it was very friendly, so I was able to use it with peace of mind. It was also very convenient because Chinatown cherry blossom station was close.

The men and women were in the same cabin, but the bed area was separated and I didn't feel uncomfortable. I stayed in a standard bed, but it was wider than the recent new capsule hotel and there was a bath, so I was able to spend comfortably without the sound of the nearby room. Check-in after 6pm was check-out at 9am, but it was just right because it was an early morning flight the next day. I was able to make a reservation at a cheap price while there are many places where I spend more than 10,000 yen at a capsule hotel on Saturday. The building looks old but kept clean and close to the station, so I will use it again next time.

It is in a good location, within walking distance of Tsurumi Station, and there are many restaurants nearby. There is also a convenience store next door. The walls between the rooms and the neighbors seem to be thin, and you can hear sounds such as sneezing, but if that doesn't bother you, it's a good value hotel to stay in. I also appreciated the breakfast, which included bread and soup.

The service was good. Front desk explanation was very clear. It was a good place for eating and drinking too. Many bars and restaurant around the area. Will stay again next time.
