The hotel is well located near Yokohama station. Staff were courteous n friendly. Enjoyed 4 nights stay here n would go back again

Best location, just walking 5 mins to yokohama train station, 3 big malls; Vivre and aeon side by side the knot hotel, donki, ichiran ramen, uniqlo, GU, 2nd street, and many convenience stores. Clean towels replace everyday and trash was picked up everyday too. Just put it outside the room. Just small comment on the head pillows, it's bit thin and uncomfort.

Do try the in-house bar and you get 20% discount as a hotel guest for the restaurant (advance reservation required). Room is smallish but that is kind of expected.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to Yokohama Station. There is a large supermarket next to the hotel. The reception is on the second floor. The elevator is a bit small for people with large suitcases. The bathroom is too small and has a steep step to enter the room and bathtub. An elderly person could find this difficult. My mother tipped the edge and fell down. Amenities can be gathered at the lobby area. Good stuff.

Perfect location, surrounded by many shops and restaurants with 3-5 min. walk to Yokohama JR station. The hotel has nice bar & restaurant. Only 1 room key given. The air condition was not working properly so I had to open the window to get the cool breeze. I didn’t sleep well because of the noise from street.
