房間衞生很乾凈，然後電視屏幕很大，裏面竟然有視頻會員，真的很驚喜。房間裏的零食和飲料都很多，可以不用下樓買。空調冷風超給力

酒店在二樓，房間挺寬敞的，住着蠻舒服的。空調很管用，冰箱裏飲料很齊全，住的很開心，周邊有夜市和商貿城，出來玩的都很適合住這邊，去哪都方便！

對事不對人。
作為電競酒店，“酒店”方面給五分，“電競”方面給兩分。
先説優點：
環境還不錯，房間無煙味，設施比較新，床品很軟，前台姐姐服務態度很好，出現問題反饋很及時，賠償方案給的很快。房間落下充電寶反饋也很及時，員工主動幫忙寄回，很棒。
再説缺點：
1️⃣ 電競設備及網絡
網絡很差，無線網照片發不出去，**刷不了。跟前台溝通但前台小哥並不懂，折騰一晚上無果。
《無畏契約》啟動報錯運行不了，4060ti亂鬥頻頻掉幀，維修人員技術堪憂，衹會重啟&開加速器，無果後懷疑遊戲問題🤣。但其他遊戲運行還算流暢。
2️⃣ 設施故障
房間窗簾軌道損壞，還需要手動拉扯才能關閉，隔音比較差。
3️⃣ 解決問題的態度
協商後承諾退1/3房費，解決方案反饋很快，但結算時卻以"積分抵扣"為由剋扣金額，最終要靠前台員工自掏腰包補差額。就事論事，前台服務態度和解決問題的反饋速度都比較令人滿意👍但説回酒店本身就值得商榷了。
【總結】
電競元素淪為噱頭，600+房費的最高配置竟然連正常遊戲需求都無法滿足，處理問題較為及時但勉強達到滿意，總體給出4分，各位自行評判。

衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱台配有燈光洗漱鏡挺好的，特別推薦酒店的洗髮沐浴露 超級超級好聞，配置也挺好的，打起遊戲不卡頓，通宵打遊戲不要太爽，住很多天了，滿意！
