This is the most satisfying villa I have stayed in during this period. No matter the service, hygiene or environment, it is super value!!! The facilities are complete. We were upgraded to a villa with KTV. I didn't expect to see fireworks at night. It was really a surprise + amazing! It's close to the Chinese New Year🧨We waited for the children to have a holiday, so it was a staggered trip, so the price-performance ratio was very good👍The sanitation was very clean. The villa has already started to decorate for the New Year. There is a great atmosphere. Our whole family is very satisfied and likes it very much. The parents are happy and the children are having fun. The housekeeper's service is very good. All the requirements can be met. She also recommended the nearby Red Flag Tea Factory and Chocolate Kingdom to us. They are always available. We will come again next time!

I went to Baojing Palace to stay at this hotel. The front desk service was very good. If there are elderly people in the family, they will be arranged on the 4th floor without going up the stairs. The environment is clean and hygienic! Convenient parking! Even after twelve o'clock at night, there are still children shouting and playing in the corridor. Room service staff should increase their service awareness and take the initiative to mediate, instead of asking customers to respond to problems before handling them.

After we checked in, we went to the ”Cai Yujiao” thin-skin steamed dumpling shop for dinner and walked not far. Its business is good, we queued for a while. Then I went to the ”Mom” sugar water shop to eat dessert. A store in Guangdong is delicious. Recommend this hotel.

I have lived in so many Lavande houses. This one has the worst experience. The stairs at the door are high and the room is small. The most funny thing is to go to the restaurant for breakfast. 4. The second time I stayed at this Vienna hotel, I came with children twice. The handsome guy at the front desk remembered that we had been here last time and sent 2 buffet breakfasts, haha happy. Booked a twin bed together to take the children to sleep, very big, just roll around, haha (my baby is more naughty). The next day I went to the restaurant for breakfast. My son liked the spring roll very much. The aunt said that they made it by hand. The ingredients were very fresh. Haha, eat at ease. I will book this store with my father when I come to Yingde with my baby.

Fault 1⃣️: When I was about to go to sleep, I opened the quilt and saw blood stains... (I forgot to take a photo) This was disgusting. I called the front desk and asked the room manager to come and solve the problem. I didn’t know if the person who came was the foreman. Look. After a while, he said, ah, the cleaners did not use strong decontamination when washing. Let me change you to a new quilt. That's it, and did not give any other solutions or explanations. Disadvantage 2⃣️: When the aunt came to change the bed sheets and quilt covers, the removed quilt core was dragged to the floor. It is not a carpet, and she didn’t even take off her shoes to step in. I visited Yingde once in October. At that time, I chose the hotel. The location is good, the parking is convenient, and it takes ten minutes to drive to the surrounding attractions (Fenglin Xiaozhen, Dongtian Wonderland, Yingxijiu Chongtian). This month, I suddenly missed the mountains and rivers of karst landforms. I came again. I was lucky. Miss sister upgraded the room type for us. The area was twice the original. The supporting facilities were very good. The children were very happy. I really recommend this hotel. The service attitude is very good. Very kind.

The room was clean and comfortable, the environment was great, we could take a bath in the private hot spring at night and watch the sunrise while lying in bed in the morning. The kids really enjoyed feeding the deer whenever they wanted, seeing them walking around freely.

A great experience, highly recommend Yunshan. First of all, it is new. It just opened during the National Day and all facilities are new. The boss is very nice and attentive, and the experience is unmistakable. The location is convenient, located in the center of Yingxi Peak Forest. It takes five minutes to drive to T3 Tea Garden and parking is convenient. The surrounding environment is beautiful, with a hill to the north and facing a field. In the field is the very famous Shankara Cafe. There are good farm dishes around.
