Nice & clean hotel; friendly & very helpful staff, hats off to their customer service; but this hotel is specially for kids because it’s inside the theme park and May be not suitable for couple or solo travelers. No more choices of food for vegetarian specially in breakfast and only one restaurant with limited choices! Bring your own car!

The hotel covers a large area, with many villas, next to the lake, and the air is very good. Because it is not a weekend, there are not many people, and there are few people in the hot spring. The hotel management and service are good. The housekeeper Zhuzhu is very enthusiastic and upgraded our room for free. The hot spring area is very good, with many pools and steam rooms, but some pools are not filled with water. Monk fruit tea and ginger tea, sweet potato porridge with sugar water, etc. are also provided free of charge. The room scenery is also good, right next to the circular swimming lane, and the small courtyard on the first floor is planted with Osmanthus fragrans, which is fragrant. There are also many varieties of breakfast, including freshly cooked rice noodles and freshly ground coffee. Unfortunately, the room facilities are a bit old, and the water heater is still an electric water heater with a water storage tank. There is no hot water for those who take a shower later. It takes 30 minutes to heat it up. I hope it can be improved.

A special mention goes to 刘贤英, 谭翠玲, and 龚武平 at the hot spring, whose exceptional service and genuine care stood out. 刘贤英 went above and beyond by sharing her personal preserved fruit snacks with my son when he didn’t fancy the oranges provided, a thoughtful gesture that touched our hearts. Additionally, 毛有谷 at the reception was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to the train station, ensuring our travel plans were seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff’s kindness and attention to detail that set it apart. Their warm-hearted service made us feel so welcome, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay!

This is the most satisfying villa I have stayed in during this period. No matter the service, hygiene or environment, it is super value!!! The facilities are complete. We were upgraded to a villa with KTV. I didn't expect to see fireworks at night. It was really a surprise + amazing! It's close to the Chinese New Year🧨We waited for the children to have a holiday, so it was a staggered trip, so the price-performance ratio was very good👍The sanitation was very clean. The villa has already started to decorate for the New Year. There is a great atmosphere. Our whole family is very satisfied and likes it very much. The parents are happy and the children are having fun. The housekeeper's service is very good. All the requirements can be met. She also recommended the nearby Red Flag Tea Factory and Chocolate Kingdom to us. They are always available. We will come again next time!

Overall a great place to use as a base for exploring the Huanghuazhen area and relaxing with a cold one in the pool in the evening. Lovely breakfast, great service, and a perfect pool for relaxing. I went to Baojing Palace to stay at this hotel. The front desk service was very good. If there are elderly people in the family, they will be arranged on the 4th floor without going up the stairs. The environment is clean and hygienic! Convenient parking! Even after twelve o'clock at night, there are still children shouting and playing in the corridor. Room service staff should increase their service awareness and take the initiative to mediate, instead of asking customers to respond to problems before handling them.

酒店位置好，離湞陽湖和濱江公園不遠，有地下停車場，停車方便，通過攜程訂的酒店，前台收到訂單就主動打電話加微信，如有需要可以直接聯繫前台，前台服務員的服務很暖心。住的時候有旅遊團，早餐品種沒有了也能很快補上，吃飽沒有問題。房間乾淨衞生，住得很舒服。

The beautiful woman at the front desk was attentive and enthusiastic. The room equipment was brand new. The location is in the city center.
