Hotel Yinchuan Xingqing District

This was a pretty standard Atour, which is not a bad thing. Staff were friendly & room was very decent for its price. The location is perhaps not the best for those after the city center, though Yinchuan is not huge so most things are accessible by e-bike. Shops & restaurants in the area close quite early, but sites like the Drum Tower & temples are nearby, and it's on the right side of the city proper for the airport.

Excellent Central location.. very clean. good breakfast.. service and reception has a good public relationship.. especially thanks to front desk staff Miss 馬琪 she was very helpful and charming and professionally trained staff.. bravo thanks so much.. The environment is very good. It should be an old five-star hotel. The service is quite good, the hygiene is relatively clean, the facilities are complete, and the geographical location is superior. It is very convenient to go to the Drum Tower. I came here for the shabu-shabu mutton. I ate at the Yingbin Hotel and it was really good!

The hotel is in a very good location, just behind the Yuhuang Pavilion, a five-minute walk from the Drum Tower, and within walking distance of the main attractions in the old city. The hotel is very new, the rooms are also relatively new, and they are very clean. The staff are warm, friendly and attentive, and there is also late night snacks from 9:30 to 11pm. There are all kinds of shopping malls and restaurants near the hotel. Highly recommended to stay!

I thought of the Tangshan earthquake and Wenchuan, and I was scared to hide in the bathroom. (4.9 magnitude earthquake source is shallow, near the epicenter) After a while, hurry up and take the children down the stairs. After going down, the lobby is full of staff. No one explained and no one paid attention to us. We were very embarrassed. My hand was still shaking. I went out of the lobby. The result was infuriating. I wrote the evaluation. A staff member said that I had only come down now. The other person smiled satirically and said that they were hiding from aftershocks. The wife was really speechless and thought we couldn't hear it when we went out. As a person, there is no basic quality, let alone service. The only big sister who helped us with room service on the 7th floor for the whole two nights and three days is still very good. The first day to change the bath towel was very serious and responsible, even if I said just put it. People didn't make do. Check out and check the room and care if we are afraid. The hotel has no hot water, and the front desk is to release water. No hot water can wait for no cold water until the end did not take a shower and left. Maybe the earthquake shook the cold water pipe, because the elevator broke one. Ask the front desk to do nothing, deal with things, the next day asked why did not send breakfast, next to a direct swipe said that registration is not, I said who said, answer the phone quickly said that he was wrong. Also, people have not been to the room, can you know what. Disappointed with this hotel, this is a hotel with hardware worthy of this price, but the software service is a mess. Especially the front desk staff needs to be trained too much. Two waves of two days have no sense of service at all. It's a pity that the management wants to thoughtful check-in and check-out to give small gifts to praise!

滿滿的都是感動，我們訂好房間後，酒店前台給我們打來電話，問大約幾點入住。那天的銀川特別炎熱，但我們入住酒店後，發現房間內清新涼爽，原來是酒店客服人員提前把空調打開了預先製冷迎接我們，並且在桌子上發現了本地產的夏進牌牛奶和歡迎果盤，房間內特別乾淨，我愛人是一個特別挑剔房間衞生的人，連她都止不住的讚歎不已，床鋪、衞生間、地毯都是潔白細膩無暇，由於我們預訂的房間是不含早餐的，酒店前台人員告訴我們直接下樓來用餐就行，不需要額外花費，真的是太驚喜了！晚上出去回來的時候恰巧遇到了酒店的孔慧芳經理，他跟我們説：如果你們中午想在酒店吃飯，也可以來吃自助餐，而且也是免費，我問孔經理為何對我們免費，孔經理説因為你們是酒店的老客户，既然你們這麼支持我們酒店的生意，那我們酒店也要對客户有更好的回報，這一刻，我被深深感動了，這是否就是寧夏人骨子裡最淳樸的一面呢，沒有更多的華麗言語，只有默默地付出和行動，這次寧夏之旅，銀川人民給我留下了深刻難忘的印象，我今後若再來寧夏，還會入住這家酒店的。
