優點：保安指引停車庫時很專業，態度好。前台小姐姐叫*榮，姓什麼忘記了。和藹親切。因為是臨時預訂，還是晚上預訂，在還沒有發送到前台的情況下，快速處理，沒有一絲慌亂，得知是自駕過來還主動報備車牌。整個過程絲滑流暢，專業素質強。值得點贊👍。客房送物品也很及時。房間內佈局合理，細節到位，符合入住習慣。
第二天退房接到電話詢問入住是否滿意，是一家注重服務的酒店。
不足：晚上酒店空調估計是整體被關了，導致在凌晨2點多熱醒，很致命。酒店本來就是用來睡覺的，結果最重要休息沒有休息好，愧對喜來登三個字。

入住時間比較晚，11點入住中央空調已經關了，房間28.5度，四月份的銀川不知道怎麼做到的。窗户衹能開很小一道縫，房間悶得很，叫人來看了之後他説開着空調雖然不製冷但是會變涼快就沒換房間，半夜兩三點都熱醒了，你能想象夏天睡在暴曬汽車裡的感覺嗎？喜來登他做到了！四五十平米的房間他做到了！差點被悶死，第二天一家人帶着黑眼圈去的賀蘭山，平時真的懶得打字，一般的差也是默認五星，睡不好真的很憤怒！
