很棒的民宿，比硬件設施更棒的是服務！每個服務員都很好，熱情主動，我們自駕過去的，一到達就來了3個妹子幫忙提行李，離開的時候也是一樣的送我們到車前！
民宿寵物友好，自己家也養着一衹90多斤超級肥肥的邊牧，！
民宿的設計感挺好，和大自然融為一體，我很喜歡這樣的環境。毛巾布草都很新很乾凈！洗沐用品是馬油的。細節可見用心了
唯一的遺憾是我們去的時候下雨了，山裡起了大霧，啥美景都看不見啦！
缺點是雖然公共區域裏有各種各樣的有格調的小角落、休閑區，但是房間裏面的面積比較小，缺少放置行李箱和手提包的地方，我住的是7號樓陽台景觀房，外面一個大陽台，屋裡卻很小，冬天室外陰冷待不住，大陽台無用，若能改良下，陽台包進來一半佈置成躺椅休閑區會更好

大年初二約上愛人來了個説走就走的旅行，網上訂好舊雨新知輕奢民宿，從不寫評論的我被他們的服務環境理念深深折服，出發途中就接到了管家温馨的電話，免費給我們升級房間，抵達以後管家和服務人員全程陪同，觀瀑布、手工、篝火、煙花、用餐，都是預約提醒，全程陪同，一切的感覺都那麼美好，環境更是不用説是我做過的民宿裏面最高端，最有品位的，房間還帶一箇中式小院子，佈景及綠植花草設計的非常有格調，院中的幾顆千年的紅豆杉訴説著院落古老傳説，下次來還要在這裏再多待上幾天，謝謝你們的用心用情，完美！

這次行程太感動啦，感謝舊雨新知民宿的工作人員和老闆及老闆娘！我們是除夕當天到店，美美的白到發光的莎莉店長一早準時到高鐵站接我們進民宿，來回60公里的路程，辛苦了感謝🙏！晚上老闆老闆娘和所有住客一起吃年夜飯、開篝火晚會，好温暖好温馨，真的是太開心了！！房間很大，配套一應俱全，而且都是品質很好的產品，什麼都不用操心，服務迅速，要啥有啥哈哈～最感動的是我們離店了，隔天我們打不上車還幫忙聯繫村裡的司機，莎莉店長真的有一顆真誠善良、熱情好客的心哦！其他的員工也跟店長一樣，全都特別熱情，每次説話臉上都帶着笑，好感度拉滿！這肯定是老闆用真誠的心來帶領團隊的成果～這次玩得開心住的好吃的香！！強烈推薦大家來～我們有空也一定會再去～期待下次見面！
