GGuest UserThe service was excellent, Check in and check out was smooth and quick. The guy who runs the place went over and beyond. Before we left Chengdu we added the phone number and connected with him on WeChat. He helped check if our train (We bought tickets for Yibin) passed through the nearer train station. He helped to organize a driver for us from Yibin to the hotel. For breakfast the served simple but yummy bamboo noodles. Cleanliness I give them 10/10. The hotel is well maintained, super clean, even under the beds (we moved out 2 beds together). The bed was too comfortable. The pillows were super great. Had a beautiful 2 nights of sleep. The room was spacious. Location is great. A little away from the main area but close enough to walk there. the museum bus station is a few meters away (3 mins walk) and the cable car is 1km away. I suggest walking there, its a beautiful walk surrounded b bamboo. The guy who runs the place helped us to map the route to the places we wanted to see. I would stay here again.

IIlyaI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Shunan Zhuhai Xiuzhu Pingzhuang Residence for one night, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the owners, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality was truly exceptional—they were always ready to help with anything I needed, whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring my stay was as seamless as possible. The residence itself is charming and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options.
What truly stood out, though, was the genuine care and attention from the owners. They made me feel like a valued guest, and their positive energy added so much to my stay. I highly recommend Shunan Zhuhai Xiuzhu Pingzhuang Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I’m already looking forward to returning in the future!

MMICHAELThis is a very good hotel, everything is almost brand new, and very well located with proximity to the high-speed railway station. We've had excellent services throughout, including restaurant and house-keeping staff. We'd like to commend the two young chaps 云森 and 时来 at the Front Desk. They went out of their way to help and accommodate customers. We've had an absolutely positive experience at the hotel and would definitely come back to stay the next time we're in Yibin.

YYoke WahThe hotel is located inside the attraction area which we have to buy the entrance ticket to get to enter. The lady owner will drive out to pick us up to her hotel and she helps to buy discounted cable car ticket to view the sea of bamboo. Moreover, the bamboo feast set lunch (RMB588) provided at the hotel is quite good but a bit expensive. Some of the rooms we booked have toilets with squatting and therefore, please call the hotel to ensure the sitting toilet instead of squatting one. She is willing to change one of the rooms for us to sitting toilet.

BBenS88The hotel was great, clean, and the staff was most pleasant and helpful. It was easy to get where I needed to go. There was a number of food selection available nearby also which was great. The buffet for breakfast was excellent and had a good number of varieties.
Only complaint I have is that my room shower did not seem to be able to keep a consistent temperature as it randomly spiked from hot to cold.
Aside from that it was a great hotel and would highly recommend.

GGuest UserThe first feeling I got when I opened the door was that it was clean and tidy, the lighting was very warm, and the whole room felt very comfortable to live in.
In particular, the front desk service attitude is particularly good. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is rich and suitable for all kinds of people.
The scenery outside the window is also worth seeing. The transportation is convenient. It is very close to the water curtain movie and Binjiang Avenue. It is very convenient to go jogging in the morning!

LLiuyiI have to give a thumbs up to the City Celebrity Hotel! The environment is quiet and elegant, the decoration style is simple but stylish, the first floor lobby is equipped with a tea room, Wuliangye display cabinet, and Yongfengyuan Madam porcelain display cabinet, every detail is quality. The room facilities and equipment are all available, the smart equipment is super convenient, and the view outside the window is also beautiful. The hotel's gym equipment is new and complete, which meets my daily exercise needs. The hotel is conveniently located, very close to Yibin's check-in places, and it is very convenient to take a taxi or drive. Behind the hotel is ”Show Street” with barbecue and Chinese food, and there is also an outlet shopping plaza next to it. The riverside runway is very suitable for slow walking or strolling, and the service is even better. The housekeeper Crisp is responsive and very thoughtful. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis hotel is really a very good hotel. All the supplies in the room are new and tidy. I have very high requirements for accommodation. The first thing I have to do when entering the room is to check whether the bedding is clean. This hotel is very clean in terms of bedding and dead corners, which makes me very satisfied. My friend who originally booked a room in another hotel was also invited by me to stay together. It is also very close to Yibin Station and can be seen at a glance. It is only a few minutes' walk away. Next time my friends come here, I will still recommend this hotel. It is really great.
