酒店設施老舊
衞生條件差
服務態度惡劣
服務員和老闆都是沒有顧客至上意識，態度不好
服務員把我的高級牙刷扔了，老闆和前台還要我提供購買發票和實物圖，實在是****了
隔音效果差，隔壁打呼嚕聲都聽得見
屋裡有蚊蟲，氣味怪怪的
是我旅行遇到最差的一個酒店

10mins walk to the Hongcun scenic area, hotel is rather small and don’t have a proper place the hang your clothes, the hanger is attached to the mirror which means hanging items there would block your view. Shower area tend to flood to the toilet bowl area, cleanliness is acceptable.

前台跟房間入口不在一起，找了很長時間才找到，也沒有提示語，而且環境真的好差，到處都是灰塵，衞生間有異味，而且水忽冷忽熱，帶寶寶入住真的好糟心啊，真的頭一次遇到這麼差的酒店

酒店管理非常不錯，遠超預期值。就在宏村景區西門停車場與宏村遊客中心。酒店對面就是宏村汽車客運站，坐車可以直達黟縣東站和黃山北站，出行非常方便。整體來説非常滿意，下次還會入住該酒店。
