The homestead is located inside the acenic area of Hongchun. It is very convenient to all the attractions and restaurants. You csn have a nice stroll after dinner.
The hostel is very 'Zen Style' if you choose for the 2nd hostel called 'Xindeng 心灯'. The room is huge and clean. There also offer nice chinese teas for enjoyment.
The homestead owner is also very helpful in arranging the transport for ferrying to the hostel and to another destination. However, it is much easier to communicate with the operator via Wechat which is local apps. Use Wechat to call for the transport arrangement for any purpose.
The only minor issue is the early distutbed noise of motors and residents will wake you up in the early morning of 6am. The homestead is just next to one of the main lane.

這家顏值5分，服務負一分，作為國內著名景區評分4.8分以上的民宿，常見的服務完全沒有！説服務好的評價不知道怎麼來的。1.不來村口接，我們表示希望能來接，還是不接，我們聯繫攜程，希望能退訂退款。商家才來接的。也是來的比較慢，我是個很愛住高分民宿的人，反正比別的店都慢。2.沒有當地遊玩介紹的服務，一問三不知，惜字如金。我問有沒有電動車租，他説沒有，可是景區正對面就有。3.聯繫拼車去機場，衹給個司機聯繫方式，不給問價格，也不按我要走的時間找司機。。。後來，我自己找到的合適時間的司機師傅。4.2號院本身木有工作人員在的，所以，很難找到人。2號院沒有門鎖，院子開放的，老有遊客要進來，想在院裏喝點茶待會，要當前台，回答遊客問題，別的民宿門口都立個小牌，私人院落，非酒店客人勿擾。我在小木門放個小竹凳擋下。阿姨進出就會開着門走😓4衞生還行，枕頭床單看着有點黃有點臟舊，杯子看着挺乾淨，估計也不是一客一換。5.空調力度比較小，不是中央空調，天冷的話，屋裡肯定非常潮冷。4月還好。6花灑水真的很小！！！6.微信也不是很容易聯繫上店家，他很忙，反正住的很卑微。

三人出遊很適合的設定，小床也很大，還在大窗台旁邊，非常出片。兩個床哪個都可以睡倆人。屋內乾淨整潔，洗浴間也挺大的，智能馬桶好評，屋內入住前沒拍，跟店裡掛的圖可以説是一模一樣了。出門就是庭院景色和山景。店家也是非常有審美了。距離方面，就在宏村古村落內，雖然在邊邊，但是入門非常方便，小道進景區不需要去大門那邊排隊，一個幾十米的鄉間小道就直接入住啦！宏村古村落不大，店在邊邊也不遠，人少的時候，去南湖、月沼都是步行七八分鐘的事兒。店家的徽式飯菜也非常好吃～

十分喜歡這間民宿的2號院，院子環境優雅，拍照很出片。房間夠寬敞，衞浴也新。離月沼湖、商業街很近，去其他景點也不遠，逛吃遊覽都十分方便。老闆及員工都十分友好，提前聯繫客人，幫忙約車從高鐵站接到景區，用電瓶車將行李運到院子，離開時也將行李運送到景區門口👍👍👍

帶父母和寶寶臨時決定去宏村轉一圈，房間比想象的要好很多，老闆北方人，很爽朗，人很好，到的那天一直下雨，很狼狽，房間有提前開地暖，很温馨，寶寶臨時有點不舒服，拜託老闆幫忙買葯，老闆很爽快答應並幫我很快送來，民宿的阿姨也非常好，基本都是有求必應。老闆已經有3家店了，祝老闆生意興隆，越做越大哦！

民宿在景區內，距離南湖和月沼都很近。房間很乾凈，有地暖晚上休息比較舒服。庭院非常愜意，二層露台對面是大片的稻田。老闆很友好到客運站接送，早上阿姨做的早餐也很好吃，是一次愉快的旅行。

環境：村頭麥田邊
設施：床墊鬆垮，被子不透氣，枕頭上有黃漬，洗髮水和沐浴露都是別人剩下的半瓶，找老闆，衹送來了沐浴露！上廁所也衹有別人剩的小半桶紙，需要找老闆要！
衞生：床單不乾淨，消毒殺菌肯定沒有做，枕頭有黃漬，孩子早上起來臉過敏（我家孩子衹會對細菌超標的敏感）
服務：來的時候用摩託車接了行李，後來發現有高爾夫球車，692元的節日高價，並沒有感受到不一樣的服務！走得時候也沒有人問，自己拖箱子走的，看到別的酒店有送門口的服務！
入住前，車輛輪胎髮生意外，致電老闆，説如果趕不到，那就按照攜程賠償，一點不容商量！態度特別差勁👎心拔涼拔涼
看了好評才來的！現在知道了，半真半假！
餐飲：早上的早飯，也沒有因為過年有改變，每個人多了一小段玉米……記得在雲南的民宿，同等價格，早飯豐富，有下午茶，有晚安甜品，戴森吹風機！
平時268元的價格，假期698，同樣的設施，不應該服務有增值嗎？沒有對比就沒有傷害！
這就是安徽水墨宏村的村民嗎？
很久沒睡過這麼差的床墊，導致睡也沒睡好！
不推薦大家入住！也希望店家能反省，不要把錢看的那麼重，忘了初心！
