We have just re-booked this hotel for August 2025 after a perfect holiday there last August. For context, we have never returned to a destination or hotel before so this is praise indeed. We could not find fault. The hotel and rooms are spotless; the staff are friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure you have a great holiday. This was our first foray into adults only, it being our first holiday without our now grown up children. The hotel is suitable for couples of all ages but be mindful that the entertainment is quite light if that’s your thing. Situated at the opposite end of the resort to the harbour makes for an amazing view in the daytime and gorgeous walk at night. Don’t miss sunset from the rooftop bar! Beachfront hotel with plenty of sun-loungers by the pool and on the beach. Waiter service available for drinks for both. On site supermarket is excellent value if like us you choose half board. Food is excellent at both breakfast and evening meal; so much choice.

I can only say it as I found it, a joy to spend my time and money here. We have been happily holidaying in Cyprus for the last 30 years, normally staying at the AGB between Paphos and Coral Bay but the first time at the Pioneer due to usual hotel closing for winter. A change that gave us a great holiday arriving on the 8th November. Food as good as it gets, a la carte steak would cost you £100 a head in the real world. Entertainment girls and evening entertainment couldn't be faulted Chelsea and Stuart and the Scottish lady Saturday breakfasts and Thursday night. Many thanks for allowing us to share this piece of Cypriot paradise 5/5 doesn't it it justice a thank-you to all we will be back.

This is a wonderful hotel. It has an indoor and outdoor pool a gym. It’s on a beach and an easy 45 minute walk to Paphos harbour. A bus goes past the door if preferred. However the most wonderful aspect is the food. A buffet with an exceptional number of delicious choices PS it also has wonderful sunsets.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, beds really comfortable, hotel clean, food lovely (didn't even bother going to a la carte restaurants) with lots of choice, staff friendly but professiona and always willing to help. Loved the extra touches like slippers, dressing gowns, iron/ironing board and lots of coat hangers! Savannah from TUI did a good job. Didn't use the pool but did swim in the sea which was lovely even though it was November and it was nice to have clean beach towels left daily in the room. It was our first stay at the hotel but felt relaxed and looked after from day one, would recommend it to anyone visiting Cyprus and will definitely be going back.

There was no part I could fault. The staff in all parts of the hotel were friendly, courteous, and always keen to help. The hotel was spotless and spacious, and there was always something/entertainment, to do if you wished. In fact, because they were closing at the end of November for their annual maintenance, they went to some trouble and put on a Christmas themed day, and a wonderful food and music event throughout one afternoon, on top of the usual events in the day, and live music at night. We went at the start of November, and there was never any difficulty in finding a sunlounger, either by the pool, or on the grass area. ( No need to put your towel out at 0600hrs in the morning to reserve a sun lounger!!!). Food wise, we always found that there was plenty of choice, cold and hot, and always had an Asian stand. Only when we had rain for a day, was the table availability a bit tight, but did not have to wait long for the next available table. The location was ideal, and if you wished, a local bus service was close to the hotel, and only €2 to Pathos. They offered old fashioned care and service in a modern setting. This hotel continues to deliver everything you need for a superb holiday. We have been there many times often twice per year but unfortunately had to have a break for several years due to personal circumstances. Returned to find the same excellent standard of service we have always experienced. The staff are very friendly and efficient doing everything they possibly can to ensure a perfect holiday. The reception staff deserve a special mention, they are highly trained (I am a management trainer myself so I would congratulate the hotel for their staff training). They have always got time for a friendly chat as well as dealing with your enquiries which makes a huge difference to the service - well done! Thank you Valia for being there to great us and to say goodbye and to the two girls on reception on our last evening who helped us organise our taxis - Vanessa and Sushila. All of the reception staff deserve a mention but I don't have all of their names - you do a truly amazing job as you are the face of the hotel. We were very well looked after and we have already booked for next year. The hotel itself continues with it's high standard throughout and as for the food you wouldn't be disappointed, the variety and quality is exceptional as with the restaurant staff as well. Very well located with a private beach area and within easy reach of Paphos town, which is a pleasant walk along the promenade. Thank you again for an amazing holiday.
