Nice big room and great location

Отель расположен в тихом месте, хотя и недалеко от центральной площади. Номеров не так много, потому очень уютно. В номере чисто, все работало. Уборка добросовестная, воды хватало. Завтра очень достойный, соки и фрукты есть, выпечка всегда разная и очень вкусная. Особенно улыбнуло четыре или пять видов чурчхелы ) Вечером пару раз пользовались бассейном. Отдельная благодарность девочкам с ресепшн за помощь с решением личных вопросов с получением документов в госорганах РА. Никогда не думал, что сотрудники обычного (получается, что необычного) отеля могут обеспечить такой troubleshooting. Чтобы мы без вас делали? Спасибо еще раз за поддержку. Менеджер отеля может гордиться таким персоналом. Сервис и гостеприимство – вовсе не рекламный лозунг в вашем предприятии. Где в следующий раз остановиться в Ереване? Зачем что-то искать, если существует Central Hotel..)

The rooms are well-maintained, with beds that are extremely comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. The reliable Wi-Fi is a great advantage, especially for those who need to stay connected during their trip. Breakfast is a highlight, featuring a good variety of options, and the staff’s polite and accommodating behavior enhances the experience. Their kindness and professionalism are truly commendable. While the amenities are mostly top-notch, the inability to adjust the water temperature of the bidet is a slight inconvenience. However, it doesn’t overshadow the many positives of the hotel. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for travelers seeking comfort, great service, and a convenient location.

The hotel was very good, very clean and quiet. I was worried about the air conditioner when I found out that our room has two types of air conditioners, which surprised me. In terms of location, it was excellent because it has access to everywhere. The rooms are big with a good view. I was satisfied with the breakfast, the night reception was very kind and pleasant. The hotel staff were very pleasant, especially the kind and good-natured lady named Asteghik, whom I hope to see the next time I go to the hotel. To change the quilt in our room, they immediately came and changed it. I just wish the hotel pillow was softer. I will definitely come to this hotel for my next trip.

Staff were super friendly and polite. The room was clean and the cleaning staff respect you privacy. I loved the decorations and vibe of the hotel in general. They have good breakfast options too. Also checkout was fast and easy. The only problem I had, like many other hotels, mini bar in the room was very expensive, considering there was a grocery store right around the corner.

Delicious cuisine, hospitable staff, and a warm welcome made my stay memorable. The hotel's close proximity to the public square made it easy to access numerous restaurants and coffee shops nearby, while enjoying walks under the lights of Christmas trees.

Very cute hotel well located about 10 mn walk to the Republic square. The personnel was very good and helpful, the breakfast buffet was amazing and we loved the swimming pool with the warm Jacuzzi. The price was good too, I highly recommend it.

I really liked my stay at Central hotel Yerevan. Everything in this hotel is exceptional: breakfast, pool and jacuzzi, spacious rooms and especially the front desk staff. Girls are very helpful, nice, friendly and professional, I would like to thank them, they helped me a lot and were always there when we needed their help. Thank you very much for the amazing stay and your hospitality. We will come back soon and recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives!!!

The hotel is excellent and clean, with friendly staff and easy access. Clean rooms, pool and jaccousi, great breakfast, good view, best quality of materials, everything is good and comfortable, and quiet. Good big bar and stylish restaurant

We had a pretty good experience in the Central Hotel. The location is indeed central but rather quiet. The hotel inside is beautiful, relaxing and smells great! Our room was spacy, with good furniture and very comfortable bed. We also appreciated a lot how helpful the staff was. Overall, great place to stay in Yerevan.
