Liberty Kuşadası - All Inclusive

Well you enter the hotel and WOW it’s just brilliant it’s huge it’s spotless clean.we just got back this morning was still hot in the day but needed a jacket on the evening as it cools off when sun goes down. There is plenty of entertainment to do in the day a they didn’t try to force it on you which I thought was great last place we went they really did our head in.evening entertainment was also brilliant. We didn’t go in the pools was very cold. We had a massage which was great just wish there was somewhere to chill out after for a while we was up an out.Bedrooms are very big with a jacuzzi bath seperate shower an side sea view we was on 7th floor so again brilliant.There didn’t seem to be enough staff on in the restaurant so sometimes had to clear own table an get own cutlery but was no problem. There is a lot of flies around but isn’t there when you go abroad to some places.also a lot of cats about aswell which didn’t bother us but there not for everyone.Also the outdoor pool bar does good which is ordered at table that’s a great idea no queuing up but just wish people would move on when they finish,some people was sitting hours an others stood round waiting for tables.Highly recommend this place is has such a relaxing peacefull feel even thow it’s huge and a lot of people. Also there is building works going on next door but didn’t bother us it’s not overly noisey. Few little tweaks an this be perfect.

Visited in early Oct. The weather was still very warm around 30 degrees. On entering the hotel it's large and open in the lobby. We were the only ones got off the transfer so we very quickly sorted and taken to our room which was large and comfortable although my bedside cabinet was coffee cup stains and sticky which I cleaned myself. Shower couldn't put on full as it flooded the bathroom so just knock~ the pressure down and it was fine. Bars the lobby bar is very good and the staff work very hard and are friendly, it's a massive area to wait on all the tables. The pool bars are okay you don't wait long to.be served. The Cocktail bar should be the best bar and would be if it wasn't also a disco playing Russian techno music very loudly the DJ refused to put anything different on. There wasn't a single person sat inside the bar all on the outside balcony. Food was generally good. The usual fayre but always something to eat in main restaurant. The pool bar the service was quite fast and food good with a decent choice. The Al a carte restaurants were very good the Mexican and Italian were very nice but the Yammas rooftop is excellent. The food and service were amazing as were the lovely views. We didn't join in much with the animation but the Oktoberfest afternoon was so much fun and really entertaining with all the different dance troops one of the best days I've had in a hotel (up there with the Pool party at Liberty Fabay). Overall the hotel has lots of potential and could be so much better. Having stayed at other Liberty hotels, there is work needed to get Liberty standard. We had a great week and have already booked for 10 nights in May next year with friends we have recommend the hotel too. So here's hoping the management act on the Trip advisor reviews.

We’ve had a great time at The Liberty and would return but they need to make a large amount of changes to meet their star rating ! The pool area is large with plenty of sun-beds which you do need to be down early to secure your sunbed in your preferred area . If you don’t mind where you’ll still find beds. Negative! They do not wash beds or floor everyday as the beds are dirty and floor sticky. I’ve been reading reviews all year before we arrived and unfortunately the service seems to have dropped since the opened for example- no waiters on rollers skates or even waiters getting your drinks orders around the pool . The music around pool was way to loud but if you go to guest relations and say it’s too load they will turn it down we found out . The pool is freezing so only sun heated Positive - the slides are fun , clean towels available all day . Plenty of umbrellas if needed . The Adult pool is great if you don’t want kids running around you . We had a junior suite and it was large and nice with 2 bathrooms. Negative- the cleaners just made the bed and changed the towels which was great but didn’t refill the shower gels etc or the mini fridge - they also didn’t seem to mop the floor ? The air conditioning only worked when it wanted too ! Drinks- the reception bar was popular and very busy - it seemed that only one guy knew how to make a really good cocktail! It’s very understaffed like everywhere in the hotel ! They also ran out of rum to make mojito ( but they had it in other bars???? Why not get some from there ? Just because the hotel is closing in 2 weeks doesn’t mean the service or what you other should decline. There were 2 ladies in the reception bar that stood out from the rest of the staff and worked really hard and very professional which was Elizabeth and a blonde lady with red lipstick ( the hotel will knew who she is !) In the cake bar you can get hot drink but not Tea ! Why not ? I only drink Tea ! The biscuits were nice and also the ice cream but one day a member of staff said no cups left only cones ! So I walked 5 yards and picked up the cups and walked back you her ( her face was a picture!) but how lazy of her and not good for the hotel - another day the lady said no ice cream left but I think it’s because the were understaffed or she was again being Lazy??? We went to the Asian alcarte but it was very salty - the Mexican was lovely and would have returned. We had spa treatment which were very good and with every penny . The food in the buffet was good and always something you could find to eat if your a fussy eater - my son is autistic and only eats pasta with tomato based sauces so i was pleased I could accommodate him for the week. Unfortunately there flies everywhere, around the pool and in the restaurant, flies were just munching on the food ( not nice ) but I think this was a problem in Turkey in general at the moment not the just the hotel but the hotel seems to be trying to tackle this by lighting Josh

I had originally booked a 7-night stay at the Wyndham Residences Kusadasi Golf & Resort Spa, however, after having to amend the holiday dates due to personal circumstances the resort was switched to the Liberty Kusadasi, I didn’t mind at the time as me and my wife had previously stayed at Liberty Hotels Lara in Antalya which was an exceptionally good experience. With our week-long holiday at Liberty Kusadasi nearly over I can confidently say that this will be quite an easy to forget experience. The food…. Yes there was a variety of options for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner each day including poolside fast food to go during lunch and a late night snack service in the Buffet Restaurant, but the quality of food was horrid, tasteless and certainly not 5 star. The waiting service during meal times was also very poor unless of course you were native Turkish, as seems to be the case across any hotel resort you stay at in Turkiye. The pools… were extremely cold including the indoor pool, I’m talking feet numbing cold and many families were regularly complaining about the cold temperature of the water and why this couldn’t be warmed to accommodate at least children to be able to swim and play. The location… this was ideal, just 12 minutes from the town centre where the majority of the shopping bazaars, bars, eateries and some sights can be found. This journey cost about 5 Euros or 200-250 Turkish Lira. The customer service… you really have to push for this but even still it was inconsistent, you would hear some families talking about how the customer relations desk had recommended them to book or request zoo visits or a day out to the Kusadasi National Park but as a family with three infants under 5, we were not once given pointers for days out but they were good at calling a taxi for you when needed which I suppose is something, right? The Room… definitely not a 5-star room, besides the jacuzzi bath tub there wasn’t anything deluxe about the room, the decor and interior was very archaic if anything, especially in comparison to 5-star resorts we have previously stayed at in Antalya. The cleaners were happy to make the beds for you but try pointing out that the floors were dusty or bathroom needed cleaning and they would go running to guest relations about how you had left clutter in the room, preventing them from being able to clean, by clutter I mean shoes on the floor… not sure where else they’re suppose to go. Oh and toddler toys. Another important thing to note is that amongst the dozens of Brits we met during our stay, all of them had visited the resort previously, including a gentleman who had returned with a group of almost 40 friends and family, they all had one statement in common, how the resort was not what it used to be and had become disappointing in every aspect. Apparently Liberty Kusadasi came under New Management in May 2024 and things have never been the same since. Honestly, for now our trips to Turkiye are over and we will be

Hotel itself is very nice, rooms spacious and enjoyed the jacuzzi bath in room, but all the good points to this hotel were overshadowed by the amount of flies and insects that are all over the food areas! Couldn’t enjoy the snack bar as that was quite dirty and the staff quite rude and arrogant, couldn't even serve us with chips and kept saying these would be 10 minutes after other food arrived but never did. There were some nice members of staff, especially in the A La Carte restaurants and some bar staff, but others were very rude and there were lots of eye rolling and being told to wait. Room cleanliness for the first day or two was OK, but after that, it was just fresh towels and not much more. Drink sizes were very small in small plastic cups usually, meaning repeated trips to the bar to queue again for more drinks, flies also hovering over the drinks, and most were wasted due to this. The patisserie cakes looked nice but again we couldn’t enjoy them due to flies, cakes were behind glass door but flies got into this and were all over cakes and staff saw this and still served them, vile! Always asked for coke zero too but never listened to us and served full fat coke. It really is a shame as the hotel could have so much potential, but all these issues were unacceptable, and we would never return!

This hotel was beautiful, one of the best hotels Iv stayed in so far, room was beautiful and cleaned daily. All the animation team were lovely especially emo and umut who always spoke to us daily and included us in all the daytime activities, even showing us around the hotel when we first arrived. There was plenty of food to choose from in the restaurant and everything I got to try was delicious, the a la carte restaurants were also lovely. Hotel was spotlessly clean as was the pool area.
