Take the airport bus from Kumamoto Airport and have a bus stop in front of the hotel. It's very close. In the middle of Yatsushi, walk along the Kuma River, walk to the city including the city hall, shohenken, and museum. It was convenient to move, room key including check-in, breakfast ticket, convenient when checking out, breakfast was very satisfactory. The first floor bath was clean and nice.

It's located very near to the train station that is very convenient for travelling and with many restaurants around. Room is rather small but clean with all the necessities required. The public bath and free breakfast are extra bonus for the booking. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I mistakenly made a reservation for the day after my arrival, but they kindly made substitution with a bit of extra pay.

The location is remote but driving can solve the problem. The room is small but well-equipped, the heating system is acceptable in winter, and the bathroom is warm. If you choose this hotel for a self-driving tour, it is worth a try.
