The hotel is beautiful, in the process of renovation but it is already nice. Large swimming pool , cleaned all the time by the staff ( applause for them ) . Waiters super (Najah the best ! - greetings !!!) spirits very good, whether in the drink or alone, you can drink ! Place worth recommending, the group sentido can be seen that they are trying to be mega !

The mini club is so fun my daughter liked it! and the girls there abir , fati and farah are so friendly and nice . Also all the team of animation is so good they have different shows every night thanks Mario! Also the hotel the room the beach the people everything is good here ! This my first time coming to tunisiq and i didn't regret it!

Wow ! What a holiday !! We arrived had a few issues which were promptly addressed by Mouna who was the loveliest lady !! Weather was amazing so managed to make the most of huge pool and fabulous beach. Staff all amazingly friendly the animation team go above and beyond all day and night special thanks to Big Sam Little Sam iyeed Joseph The restaurant staff was completely 5 star service the service was the best we’ve ever had big thanks to montasar and his sister made our holiday !! Bar staff was good but the drink choices not great needs improvement !! Overall we had the best time and can’t wait to come back !!! The foods repeative but you will not go hungry !! Your stay is drastically improved with tips !! Miriam the henna lady was like a sister to me and will not forget her loveliness

When we arrived there's was no air con in the reception, bar and restaurant for 2 days which was quite stifling. There are many positives and negatives to this hotel . Staff where really great Bilal, mouana, yaya all 10/10 . But hotel needs upgrading.

Where to start… Hotel is lovely and spacious, Rooms are ok, not the biggest but for 2 people who only plan on sleeping in there they will do. However: The shower is not connected to the wall properly and neither was the towel rack. The room wasn’t cleaned the entire time we were there, only beds made. No towels for two days and even ran out of toilet paper and had to wait 8 hours for it to be restocked. The food is the same and I mean the same for lunch and dinner , absolutely no variation at all. I never want to see a beef stir fry again. Tunisian restaurant was really lovely and the highlight of the trip but the Italian was awful. Mohammed Ali (by the pool bar/main bar/ anywhere you can find him in the hotel) is fantastic and a true representation of how service should be, as well as the staff in the lounge bar in the evenings. Also the lobby bar waiters are lovely! The animation team guys are wonderful and really bring energy to the hotel and I have to say the aqua gym is the best I have ever done on a holiday. Now to the main reason this hotel is no where near a 4 star. Day 1 the poor bar, I waited my turn to be served and another guest came up and ordered ahead of me he said this lady was first however because I wasn’t the “boss” (ie because I hadn’t of tipped the waiter yet) I was waved off by Fadie (the waiter at the pool bar) and told don’t worry about her it’s about the boss… which is inherently rude and unnessesary never have I been dismissed from a bar before. when I was eventually served 10 minutes later as to which Fadie sarcastically said you ok… and then made a tip motion. Over the course of the two weeks we’ve been here he has either refused to serve without a tip or serves incredibly slowly on purpose and suddenly will speed up when a tip is given. He had even given me a beer in a small paper coffee cup when I ordered at the bar despite giving all others plastic cups and glasses because I hadn’t of tipped or because he didn’t like me it’s hard to say which but he did ruin my holiday experience and meant that I didn’t feel comfortable using the pool bar. It seems certain staff members run on a basis of if you tip then you get service sorry but a tip should be earned not required. However the only hero of the bar should be Karim he has been fabulous and he truly made us feel special everyday by bringing us drinks everyday without having to ask. (Even in glasses or plastic cups not paper coffee ones…) The lifeguards in the morning are very attentive however after a few days they will start seeking tips to save your beds even going as far as making tip motions. Then if you don’t tip you get ignored. I could leave a few tips for this hotel but they wouldn’t be money.

The hotel is a lovely hotel and really is beautiful just a shame about all the little things which could make this even better. For example certain staff will only do anything for you if you give a tip first. To me a tip should be earned then they get the tip. We did have issues within the hotel but this was dealt with quickly by guest relations. I cannot praise some staff enough. Zaziou doing the aqua gym, I have never seen so many people take part every day! He was amazing and always smiling, good luck with college! Yaya was another one which we cannot thank enough, always smiling and happy! These 2 made our holiday and we will miss them. As for the restraunt staff there is too many to mention but they always saved us a table and some days drinks where sat there when we walked in! The Tunisian restraunt is amazing, best food we had all holiday. Shame about normal restraunt which was very much same every day. Gets boring as it not always hot. Round the pool to start with they didn’t always remember to bring drinks when ordered but by the end they were bringing them regular. Sometimes before we even knew we wanted a drink. All in all it feels like the issues are the managers which are letting the staff down because all the staff are amazing. This been said I would deffinetly look at returning and have made friends for life!

we are now in the vinci marillia hotel. We are positively surprised. Everything is perfect. The best animators. The food is delicious. The rooms are clean and large. I will miss yaya and zizou.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
