Hotel Nesrine Hammamet

The hotel was the absolute worst. The entire hotel was dirty and sticky including the restaurant, room and even swimming pool area, your sliders literally stuck to the floor. It smells like sewage everywhere and it’s even worse when you turn on the non-working air conditioning in the room. Everywhere you go you must wear shoes because it is that dirty. The room itself was very old, the beds were broken and one was missing a leg, the bath was brown and was horrible, the towels are really smelly like they were only dried not washed. Moving onto the restaurant, that was like a zoo, you literally have to fight for food when there are people pushing you out the way and behaving like animals. The food was very limited and there was a limited selection of food which was not very nice. Every table outside were reserved by the waiters who were waiting for a tip so they could let you sit on it. The tables that were open were inside the hot and stuffy restaurant. When you got to an open table, there was a pile of food on it from the previous people and once again, the waiters were waiting for a tip so they could clean the table. Staying there on an all-inclusive package, if you asked for a glass of Coca-Cola they would want a tip and if you wanted a 2nd glass of it they would respond with „Coca-Cola? Again?” They would proceed to walk off and not bring you it. The floor inside the restaurant was sticky and really slippy from oil and the counters had spilled juices and sauces. Moving onto the bars, the supposed disposable straws were simply rinsed under water an ld placed back for other guests to use, how disgusting. If you wanted a bottle of water you had to pay for it even if you were on all-inclusive. Also, there were barely any alcoholic beverages and the beer was not nice. The pool area was also very dirty and looked like a laundromat. There were people swimming in layers of sweaty clothes that they previously wore in the restaurant. There were not enough sunbeds for everyone and when you got one it was broken. The beach was very dirty and there was litter and animal feces everywhere. If you do find yourself at this hotel, negotiate prices first. There were scammers everywhere, for example, they would take you on a camel ride and when they brung you back they would ask for a ginormous amount of money that left people looking scared and they looked like they were going to cry. If you decide to go outside of the hotel, you will definitely not feel safe as there are locals claiming to be a chef at your hotel and they would lure you and rob you. Even in the hotel you don’t feel safe as people look at you like they are better than you. The only thought you will have is please take me home. The holiday provider shouldn’t even offer such a holiday within their packages as it is really unsafe for humans. Please keep the money or choose a different location. Will not be going again.

The worst I ever seen what I can say more, no clean bad reception staff, not organised. Careless, bedding not clean. Cracked and broken tiles rosted fridge no H&S at all absolutely absent hear on the pillows marks of make up on the desk and and food you got the best pictures and and worst service

My experience at Nesrine Hotel in Hammamet was utterly disappointing. Firstly, the beach was disgustingly dirty, so much so that my family and I couldn't even swim in the sea. The lack of cleanliness was appalling. The customer service matched the beach's cleanliness — terrible. Particularly, the man at the reception, usually wearing a black shirt and seemingly in charge, was the epitome of rudeness. He made our check-in experience a nightmare. To add insult to injury, when my parents simply wanted to visit me at the hotel, they were demanded to pay an absurd fee. This is unheard of and completely ridiculous. What's more, I was there with two other couples: my sister and her husband, and two friends from the UK. Interestingly, only the British guests were provided with a king-size bed. It appears that having English names means you're treated better than the locals. This blatant discrimination is unacceptable. The so-called "animation" provided at the hotel was beyond terrible — it was non-existent. There was nothing to entertain guests. Breakfast was another disaster. It seemed like they picked the cheapest items from the market without any consideration for quality or taste. In conclusion, Nesrine Hotel in Hammamet is a place to avoid at all costs. The dirty beach, atrocious customer service, discriminatory practices, lack of entertainment, and poor quality breakfast make this a stay you'll regret. Choose any other hotel in the area, and you're likely to have a better experience.

We had a fantastic time at your hotel, thank you! Nesrine is not just a hotel, but also a place where you can feel like at home. The staff in every area is incredibly kind. The bartenders, waiters, and the gentleman on the beach who manages the loungers are all always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the bartender on the beach, who made our stay even more enjoyable, and of course, we cannot forget the number one employee, the head of security, who was also very kind and helpful. The animators are fantastic, very sociable, and they never force you to participate if you don't want to. They are always smiling and full of energy. There are many different activities, including sports, dancing, and activities for children, etc. The food is delicious! There is a large variety, and if anyone thinks the food is bad or repetitive, I recommend staying at home or eating at McDonald's :) The rooms are spacious and nice, cleaned daily. Thanks to the lady who took care of our room 2116! I recommend a private trip from the hotel to Carthage and Sidi Bou Said, the price is much better than through 3rd party companies, and the experience is amazing. The lovely lady at the reception will organise and explain everything. The hotel has a very nice, intimate atmosphere. There is a beautiful pool and, above all, a fantastic beach with white sand and azure sea. A beautiful flower-lined path leads to the beach. We will definitely return to Nesrine!

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Tasty and varied food. There is something delicious for everyone. Coffee available throughout the day. Animations sensational, especially the evening ones. Each of the animators: Willy, Melek, DJ Aziz, Suzi, Jacky... crazy and always smiling. They encourage a lot of fun and never let you get bored. I consider the trip to have been very successful and I will definitely return here again.

the animation team are amazing, almost like you feel as one big family, we had football matches on the beautiful beach, an amazing DJ (AZIZ) and entertainment. the service is great whatever you need you are provided, hotel rooms are lovely, Noonoo the animation director made everyone feel so welcome and always made us laugh. scooby doo also part of animation crew is so kind and funny always helps with whatever you need also a greatttt dancer aswell as the rest of the team, food is average different everyday but could have more of a variety, the waiters and restaurant team are lovely and are always there to go above and beyond so your satisfied, an all round lovely hotel definitely coming back, miss it already
