Nice stuff and clean area , the hotel is very big with a lot of activities and areas to discover that you won’t get bored at all

Professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness of the staff. Elegant and modern environment. Very clean and well cared for. Very large structure with many activities. Beach a few meters. Lots of entertainment, clubs and shops for shopping in the area. Generous breakfast and with a very wide choice of food. Perfect hotel!

One of the best holidays I’ve had, was here in 31st May 24 with my uncle auntie and cousin and we had the best time. I’ve already booked to come July 2025 with one of my friends. We are looking forward to it and to have the best time. The entertainment team are fab at what the do, Dino/Deano, Taz, Chico, Rocky, MoMo and the others all know how to put on a show at night. Laughs all round and always something to do. During the day they put on activities and will get you involved. Looking forward to seeing them all again. 4th July can’t come quick enough x

The staff are all so friendly. The animation team are all so nice and friendly, we saw some good shows with them. They always stop to speak and sit and chat to everyone. The food was nice and the room very spacious. The lobby bar for drinks was nice with plenty of seating to meet other guests and chat and drink

There is truly something for everyone here. The food is amazing, with an incredible variety to choose from. I especially loved the salad bar and the hand-stretched pizzas fresh from the oven. There’s a great selection of chicken, lamb, beef, fish, and vegetarian options. I’ve been here for two weeks, and on day nine, I’m still not disappointed! What really makes this place stand out is the super attentive, friendly, and efficient staff. I’m traveling alone, and they’ve made everything so easy for me—whether it’s helping me find something or, in some cases, getting it for me. I’ll definitely be back next year, and I’m bringing my friends—there’s no better compliment than that! Special thanks to my waiter, DHi bi Mohamed, for his exceptional service. Update: I returned to Diar Lemdina in 2023, and again this year, and each time has been just as refreshing and relaxing. The addition of the sea water pool next to the pool bar is fabulous! I highly recommend taking advantage of the complimentary hammam session offered by the hotel. The steam bath, scrub, and clay treatments feel incredible, and the massages are excellent value for money. I had three hammam sessions and three one-hour massages for just £105, and I felt like I floated back to my suite afterwards. It was also fantastic to see Jamel, the manager, who is always so friendly, efficient, and helpful. And of course, my favorite waiter, DHi bi Mohamed, was there, making sure my glass never stayed empty and always greeting me with a smile.

First of all, some context. We have been to many countries around the world and have stayed in a variety of accommodation from 5-star luxury resorts in Asia to self-catering in Europe. We are a married couple and this was our first holiday with our new(ish) 3 month old baby. I don't usually write reviews as we generally have no complaints worth writing about but this hotel is lacking in so many areas that I feel compelled to warn travellers against booking this resort. Do not be taken in by the various positive reviews - underneath the surface this hotel is not worth the money and needs to address many issues, some of which are constantly brought up by other reviews and ignored completely. We arrived on Friday 18th October and immediately reported several issues (one of which was a lack of accessibility to our room as we had a buggy). Unfortunately the hotel did not respond to our direct email so we emailed our tour operators. It was only then that we received any communication, but this wasn't to us directly but via the tour operator, despite walking past reception many times and several staff members being aware of our issues but choosing not to get involved. To the hotel's credit they did offer us a room change but this had the same accessibility issues (steps into the room) so we declined. The other issue in our room was one of the shower taps either gave you boiling hot or cold water. We prevailed as the room was thankfully in a quiet corner (room 1132) and had another shower that worked normally. The food is terrible. Poor quality, poor choice and constantly regenerated food options from lunch to dinner. Under-cooked meat was served on several occasions and we noted one chef using the same utensil for meat and fish. There is a lack of labelling on some food items or the labels are generic and descriptions very vague ('fish' and 'cheese' is really not good enough). The cheese, in fact looks appalling (perhaps it tastes like cheese - I can't say), it looks nothing like cheese, nor does the ham (assuming it is turkey ham or some other meat type of unknown origin) and the fruit looks unwashed. The upstairs restaurant 'Tunisien' should offer local or traditional items but this ranged from Turkey or lamb kebabs, fried liver, fish heads and tails (who even eats those??) and rice (regenerated every day). There were no traditional desserts like maybe baklava or continental desserts, only bland ice cream and generic cakes (fruit-topped sponge) and the like. Breakfast is served in a downstairs restaurant (which is also the main restaurant for dinner) that is only accessible via a dozen stairs and this was another issue for us with a buggy so we had to eat in the previous restaurant at a later time for breakfast (and dinner) with limited options. There are omelette stations to their credit but no turkey bacon or sausages or other items you might expect for international guests, the bread, rolls and pastries are of poor quality.
