Tui Magic Life Africana

J'ai récemment séjourné à l'Hôtel Tui Magic life lors d'un voyage d'affaires et j'ai été extrêmement satisfait de mon expérience. Situé idéalement en plein cœur du centre-ville, cet hôtel offre un accès facile aux principales attractions touristiques ainsi qu'aux quartiers d'affaires. Les installations de l'hôtel sont modernes et bien entretenues. Ma chambre était spacieuse, propre et joliment décorée, offrant une vue imprenable sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, assurant des nuits de sommeil réparatrices après de longues journées de travail. Le service à la clientèle était exceptionnel. Le personnel de la réception était chaleureux, professionnel et toujours prêt à répondre à mes demandes. Le service en chambre était rapide et efficace, et le personnel du restaurant était attentif à mes besoins pendant mes repas. De plus, l'hôtel propose une gamme d'installations et de services pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable, notamment une salle de sport bien équipée, un spa relaxant et un délicieux petit-déjeuner buffet avec une variété d'options pour tous les goûts. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour à l'Hôtel a été fantastique et je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent un hébergement de qualité lors de leur visite dans la région. J'ai hâte d'y retourner lors de mon prochain voyage

Wonderful hotel with an amazing crew who makes your spent confortable with their attention ,the quality of service restaurent, cleanliness , pool , beach ,security all of them Special ones kyle and abdou and victoria they are one of most professional guest relation in the world

Big shout out to watersport team Monta and Aziz who looked after us when on the banana boat 10/10. Abdou thanks for all the entertainment during the day getting us to join in. Here now having a great time lots to do in the day time entertainment team are amazing Abdu and marcela really made our holiday and a massive shout out to the water sport team (boat boys) Amazing variety of food and drinks and everyone is so friendly and can’t do enough to help you if you need anything First time tui magic life experience and will say it’s 10/10 Thankyou all

Stayed here for 10 nights omg this hotel is amazing Rooms are very spacious very clean and the beds are very comfortable only down side is the air condition is switched off due to tunisianian law separate toilet and shower room tv tea and coffee making facilities we got milk from the restaurant or bar 1 bottle of water Coca Cola and Fanta in the fridge which isn’t topped up just get them from the bar if is needed Restaurant caters for everybody even vegan and the food is delicious the waiters look after you exceptionally there is 3 speciality restaurants are a most the food in these restaurants is out of this world once again the waiters look after your every need There is a main pool which we sat next to most days and there wasn’t an issue getting a sunbed after 10 Am There is also an adult pool a kids pool and a smaller pool by the levante restaurant which was always empty There is also a snack bar on the way to the pool which is also delicious and the food is cooked fresh we never ventured down to the private beach but it looks amazing There is 3 floors of rooms which is accessible by a lift but there is also stairs Check in was very fast and we were greeted with 2 non alcoholic drinks when we checked in There is also a hotel tax to pay of 12 dinar per night for a maximum of 10 nights which you can pay anytime Transfer time from the airport is about 30 minutes Lots of things to do for children with the entertainment team who do so much hard work WiFi is also very good Altogether a excellent run hotel especially Heidi the guest services manager he is a very colourful character and needs recognition We paid for a 5 star and got more than 5 stars Will we be coming again yes we definitely will be see you soon magic life Africana

From the moment we arrived the bellboy said no leave your cases at the door and showed us to the reception desk. The duty manager showed us straight to the restaurant and made sure we had food and some drinks after our flight and journey to the hotel which I thought was very comforting and they had took into consideration of our travel. Exceptional welcoming to the hotel. We then were shown to our rooms which were nice spacious and well maintained. We had a main pool view from the 1st floor. The bellboy then brought up our cases. The rooms where very clean through out our stay and the maid Monica or moira room 503/504 was very good friendly and made us all different sculptures with flower decorations throughout our stay. The hotel complex was very clean but I would like to point out my only thing I didn’t like was many customers didn’t use the flower pots for there cigarettes and left them around the grass verges and round the pool and would of liked the staff to of swept the grass through out the day and on a morning. I did ask but it wasn’t done regular. The man who did the piano was very lovely he did a great job! The entertainment staff and activities to do they was plenty to do throughout our stay. We would have liked a pool party or foam party but only one that happened but unfortunately we missed it and second week it was cancelled. We would like to thank especially Amber Charlie Owen and Mario and the girls who did the singing and the dances in the amphitheatre , Charlie your Aqua aerobics was very fun all the rest stood at the pool no you got in the pool and made it extra fun and enjoyable. The food in the magico restaurant was brilliant plenty of choice. Personally didn’t like the breakfast sausages but they was a choice for everyone. The ala carte restaurants from our preference 1st Tunisia, 2nd Italian and 3rd American. Was amazing I loved all the table decorations. The kids club was suitable for all ages and an extra thank you to Amber for encouraging my daughter to participate. The lovely leaving pack was an extra touch. Security was very good! At the beach around the complex and the life guards. Thank you to Lettifa for arranging me a fan went out the complex and bought one as yes the air conditioning is good but I’m menopausal. The great customer service manager Hedi and how attentive he is to the cats! Momo I would definitely recommend for the camel trip! Pirate ship is very good! If you go off complex down the harbour watch yourselves because there are a lot of ripoff merchants. One tried to tell us the wrong exchange rate for the pound against the dinar but my husband spoke the bank manager outside and he confirmed what he thought it was. He then tried to put some rubbish in the bag instead of what he he had sold us. The hotel had a incident with a German women who we later found out that she’s dating the entertainment manager and thought her behaviour was acceptable for her mum to abuse a couple with children throwing there
