Tout était bien dans cet hôtel sauf le personnel, si vous êtes européen vous serez accueilli avec un grand sourire et un bon service, mais si vous êtes arabe ou africain vous vous sentirez comme un mendiant, c'est dommage.

Animations were very good I had a great time, everyone will find something for themself. Food was good. Beach a little bit dirty but it was alright. Hotel room it depends, for me it was alright. However people here were so nice and funny. I had so much fun with them like everyone during they stay in here.

Having read some of the reviews we were a little unsure but the hotel had all the amenities we wanted at a great price. We went in with our expectations set low and were very pleasantly surprised. I'll start getting some of the negatives out of the way... The food labeling for vegetarian, allergens etc wasn't very good. It was often hard to know what something was but we just decided not to put it on our plates if in doubt and stuck to some of the other options. The indoor pool was closed for the summer, something we didn't know and the indoor pool was something we needed for swim training (so it would have been helpful for that be clearer). We booked the Italian restaurant but didn't know it was a set menu with no choice. We asked as soon as we realised before any courses had been served and explained that one of us couldn't eat meat but we were still all given meat. We really wouldn't have minded if it had been explained at the time if booking, or if we were able to see the menu and decide if it was suitable but we had been there so long by the time it was apparent that we had missed the buffet opening hours which was a shame as could have been avoided with better communication. Some of the maintenance was a bit behind. There were a few things not quite right, like the toilet didn't flush when we first got the room but the repair man seemed to already know this as he turned up unfortunately after we had used it! Anyway it was fixed straight away at least. One of our rooms had a shower that flooded the bathroom floor, missing plugs, no hot water in the sink. Nothing that really bothered us a lot and we didn't speak to anyone about it as we were enjoying the holiday and didn't want to waste it bothering about minor issues. There was no ATM in the hotel (I think I've always been lucky with that before so expected it but that was my mistake) the one a few minutes walk away wasn't working and we needed cash to put as a deposit for towels. After a couple of attempts at getting cash we asked reception to help and they did give us towels and asked if we got cash to the put it down as a deposit but we didn't want to waste any more of our holiday walking to the cash machine. We gave them the towels back at the end of the stay so all good. No sugar free soft drinks. The rooms were a bit dark hard to see to do make up unless in the bathroom and the mirror there was a bit far away for our poor eyesight! On to the positives which far out weighted the bad... The pool was beautiful very big, great temperature (in July) lots of chill out space and big enough so that water polo and aqua fit could be done without using the whole pool. Swim up bar was fab, nice range of cocktails (pre mixed) not all that fancy with no garnish but also they were reasonably quick to serve so we were happy about that really. I had an awful experience at this resort. If you suffer from allergies, I would strongly advise against staying here — it's not clean or well-maintained, and there seems to be little awareness of allergy accommodations. Communication was a big issue too; English is not well understood, and the resort is clearly tailored more toward Arabic and French-speaking guests. That said, the food was okay, and I’d like to give a special mention to Yusra from the kids' club — she was fantastic with the children. Also, Lotfi, the restaurant manager, was very friendly and helpful. The staff generally do try their best, but unfortunately, that’s not enough to make up for the resort’s shortcomings. We had paid extra for a sea view room, but didn’t get one. When we raised the issue, we were shown a pool view room instead — but it wasn’t any better than the one we were already in. Our original room had a damaged bathtub that wouldn’t drain, which added to the frustration. Be cautious with the hotel shops and excursion reps — I felt like they were trying to rip us off. Overall, I definitely wouldn't recommend or revisit.

The hotel was amazing. Main restaurant was only poor thing not enough options for international food. Staff are excellent and very friendly. Entertainment is amazing especially John was very friendly and always happy to help with anything, he was always chatting to me and my partner and checking on us.
