Large refurbished 1920s house near Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight. Sleeps 12 (plus 2 to 4 tinies). Lovely gardens and fields, 10 acres in all. Next to woodland and coastal path. Heated fenced swimming pool (early May to end Oct half term), tennis court, barn with table tennis. Children's swings etc. Large trampoline (without netting). Board games. Baby grand piano.
