電梯是刷卡的，所以很安全。房間裏是地暖，所以屋子裡非常暖和，超級暖。床是偏硬的那種，所以像我一樣睡不慣床硬的人要提前聯繫美女房東哦，會給安排床軟的房間。人超好，很好説話，推薦的飯店也很好吃。

房間乾淨，設施齊全，就在延大附近，去哪裡都很方便，離兩個市場走着去就行，水上市場十分鐘，西市場五分鐘，外賣也很方便，小紅書上很火的都能點到，推薦去西市場買紀念品，四樓306嬌嬌，應該是最便宜的了
