My wife unfortunately fractured her foot on an outing. The 5/29/26 night staff was extremely helpful. From the baoan to the front desk, all assisted us, showing us the ramp entrance, and loaning us a wheel chair, and giving us directions to buy a set crutches.

Nice hotel. Room could use a sofa or a business desk. Best thing about this hotel is location. If you want to be in the heart of the city this is the hotel to stay at. The breakfast was pretty good, but the best was the patio where you can sit and enjoy the scenery. The only thing I would recommend is putting in a ramp. After traveling a long distance no one wants to carry their luggage up the stairs. Though... they had people at the door ready to help but it may also have been a busy time when we arrived so we might have been lucky too.

Been there for business trip in Yangzhou. Very modern building, with all comforts and amenities. Comfortable room, and rich breakfast. 2nd lobby at the top floor was not super intuitive.

Good coffee in the lobby, washing machines and tumble dryers available.

Amazing service from the managers and the receptionists. The gym was adequate and everything could be done there.

A few blocks from the central and touristic area. The hotel is very clean and big rooms.

The hotel is very well located whereby you can walk to most of the scenic attractions of Yangzhou. It was a pleasant walk to the slender west lake from the hotel. there are a couple of popular tea-houses nearby, or if one just wants a quck breakfast, there is a restaurant at the corner of the block that serves a variety of local food. We had a nice dinner at qu yuan restaurant, located about 100 metre from the hotel along the walking route to slender west lake. The hotel is recommended for those who like to explore Yangzhou on their own

We had a very good stay at SSAW Boutique Hotel Yangzhou. We got a free upgrade, stayed in a very spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast was good and the gym is very decent. Hotel staff provide great customer service, we found 桃子 and 桔子 very helpful and nice.

Excellent hotel in great location. The highlight was the service provided by the staff which was always with a smile. Our traveling party was unfortunately sick when we got to Yangzhou but the hotel was located close to the hospital. They sent us a lot of fruits to the room, wishing speedy recovery. There’s a small newly renovated children playroom next to the gym. I love the complimentary laundromat which was a blessing when traveling with little children. Breakfast was a good variety, and plenty of bottled mineral water around the hotel that you can take to keep yourself hydrated. Front desk 苹果and 桔子 provided excellent service.

Excellent hotel with very good breakfast and great view from the restaurant and a very convenient location. Our room was upgraded due to our long stay. The bed was comfortable, room spacious with sitting areas and a drinks fridge and the bathroom included a tub. Small gym with basics for exercise, guest laundry and steam press and a small rooftop balcony too. Many busses go past and Dongguan street for eating is a few minutes walk. Coffee and tea available all day and night in the lobby. Friendly, helpful staff but not much English is spoken although they use translate apps. I highly recommend this hotel.

One of my favourite hotels, quality rooms and amenities. This time disappointed by the service. What would seemingly be an easy request for an early morning taxi to the station was a disaster. 3 staff at the counter, 2 attending to a Chinese couple. I stood in front of one for service, failed to acknowledge me perhaps hoping that I would go away. I wanted to book the taxi for the following morning at a specific time and she kept changing my time. In the end, became too difficult & frustrating. My friend made a booking for the morning, all done no hassle, frustration or stress!
