I'm a very picky housewife, so I'm very particular about cleanliness, but this place is the best. It's perfect for taking kids. They even provided bedding for the floor, so the kids slept very well. I pressed the floor wrong, so I turned on the ondol, and it got very hot right away. I was like, "What is this?" and quickly turned it off. I actually got hot while sleeping, so I turned on the air conditioner a little, and since it's a windless room and the ceiling fan, it cooled down quickly. Anyway, it's the best."

"This place is rightly distanced from the most busy travelers area - surfing beach in Yang Yang. Still in walking distance. The building is surrounded by pine tree forest and beach view. The service for customers is very warm and extremely nice. Breakfast bagel +complimentary water+free nespresso capsules-refilled , free cafeteria with all sorts of teas and coffee +free use of laundry-drier are all so generous. ROOFTOP bbq area is very nice too. Its self contained unit but also offer room cleaning service twice in a week. The owner of this boutique resort really provides personal service. I don't drive so was gonna call taxi when I need but the owner courple offered a ride whenever they can. How kind!!!"

The room was clean overall but there was a cockroach appeared during our stay. The amenities was reasonable and not a bad quality. "Do NOT go here, do NOT book here. Trip.com and the owner just kept playing 'ping-pong' with my booking, and they refused to issue a refund. I requested a refund immediately after booking, but I didn't even get to stay. For two days (Saturday and Sunday), and then after several calls on Monday, they still said no. The customer service representative was even Korean, but a company that doesn't even allow its customer service staff to reveal their names while assisting customers... Korea is too lenient with this. I hope the day comes when thorough consumer complaints will help everyone reclaim their rights. I didn't even know Trip.com was connected to *******, but it almost is. The owner, *******, Trip.com... how much money do they make this way? I'm posting this because I imagine many others have had the same experience as me. Terms and conditions, the establishment, and now I even know about *******, which I knew nothing about before. Please, always call directly and confirm your booking before making it."
