It features contactless check-in and an ID scanning system, so please make sure to bring at least one ID. The room had an ocean view, which was naturally very relaxing. I would have enjoyed the romance even more if it had been a vacation instead of a business trip, but I had to leave early, so it was a shame."

The room was clean overall but there was a cockroach appeared during our stay. The amenities was reasonable and not a bad quality. "Do NOT go here, do NOT book here. Trip.com and the owner just kept playing 'ping-pong' with my booking, and they refused to issue a refund. I requested a refund immediately after booking, but I didn't even get to stay. For two days (Saturday and Sunday), and then after several calls on Monday, they still said no. The customer service representative was even Korean, but a company that doesn't even allow its customer service staff to reveal their names while assisting customers... Korea is too lenient with this. I hope the day comes when thorough consumer complaints will help everyone reclaim their rights. I didn't even know Trip.com was connected to *******, but it almost is. The owner, *******, Trip.com... how much money do they make this way? I'm posting this because I imagine many others have had the same experience as me. Terms and conditions, the establishment, and now I even know about *******, which I knew nothing about before. Please, always call directly and confirm your booking before making it."
